Danaka softly set Bastille back on the ground and stood. An anger quenching over her, tears filling her eyes. She stared at Rion with a special kind of bloodlust. She tightened a fist and rushed to Rion. The ground spiking up behind her.
From behind, she was grabbed and yanked by what was thought to be a rope. However, it was Bastille's blood from the ground. She got thrown across the room.
A swift recovery found her back on her feet. Rion began throwing discs of blood her way. As they whipped past her, the discs cut at her arms and legs. To evade them, she made the ground shoot up and hit the discs. She weaved in and out of her pillars as she got closer to Rion.
Once to him, she shot a right kick to his side. Rion hopped over her leg, and spun a kick into her jaw. Danaka stumbled back and onto the floor. Slamming a fist into the ground, she picked herself up with a chunk of rock in her hand. Using it as a baseball bat, she swung at Rion who stepped back.
"You know how much blood is in the average body?" he mocked her as he stepped in and out of her swings. "Six pints. You know how much is in a giant's head, alone?" he ducked under a swing, and shifted Herstring's blood from her skull around his fist. "Three pints!" he landed and uppercut right to her jaw and sent her flying back. "I reckon I've only used a quart."
Tossing her head down on the ground, he moved the blood to form a spear. He twirled it a couple times and pointed the blade to Danaka. She stood up, rock still in hand.
"You know," she said through a harsh breath. He jaw was swollen, making her whole face start to plump, "I don't care for talking too much during a fight." She put the end of the rock on the ground and began jogging to Rion.
"Then let's dance sweet heart." he twirled the staff once more and began walking to her.
Danaka swung the chunk of rock, but Rion blocked it with the staff. The impact made the blood splatter. She put weight down onto the staff and began pushing him back. He may have speed on her, but her strength is what was going to help.
As he fell back under her weight, she moved her foot behind his and swept it out from under him. As he fell, Danaka regained her stance and lifted the rock. Bringing it down like an axe, Rion rolled out of the way just in time. The ground shook under the blow. With the strike to the ground, it picked up rocks off the ground. She hit a rock towards Rion that hit him as he stumbled up.
Laughing, Rion held his side where the rock hit. "Damn, girl. You must be good at Bat Ball." he stumbled around and shook his whole body. Little did Danaka know, Rion had the ability to heal himself using his blood powers.
Danaka was starting to pant, feeling the weight of her fight before. As her grip started to weaken on the rock, Rion was planning his attack. A circle of Herstring's blood formed around Dananka and started moving around her. It started to close in around her like a cage.
The cage hardened and drew closer. Danaka picked the rock back up and swung at the cage. The rock bursts and fell to the ground around her. Rion's hand was up, controlling the cage.
From behind Rion, an explosion of fire came from his back. Rion fell forward, grunting from pain. The cage turned to dust and fell. Before Rion could do anything, Danaka was on top of him. A foot on his burnt back, she drew a rock up and held it. The rock turned to a spike and she threw it into his back.
Rion screamed, "You bitch!" he coughed blood onto the ground and tried to pick himself up.
Another rock slowly lifted from the ground followed by a dozen more. They all did the same, forming spikes. "Raining Maiden." she whispered as they all slammed into Rion. His arms flailed about and stopped.
Danaka stepped off of Rion, panting. Tears rolled off of her eyes as she wobbled over to Bastille. He was sitting up, barely conscious. She fell to her knees and embraced him in a Bear hug.
"I love you so much." she sobbed into her neck.
