We arrive in London in seconds. I look around to see that no one is in the side street that we teleported in meaning no one saw us appear out of nowhere.
"Where do we go now?" Ren asks looking around in awe. He has never been to England before. The only time he has left Japan was to go to Renata Island.
"It's early so we will go to a 24 hour cafe." I reply and start walking.
"What is the time?" Ren asks looking at the dark sky.
"About three am." Orion answers him while following.
"Eh? Three am?" Ren eyes widen.
"Yes." Orion nods in confirmation. "Now let's move. You don't know who is around at this time."
"What do you mean by that?"
"To the European supernaturals London is the best city to go for either work or chaos. To put it simple supernaturals in Europe are plenty." Orion explains.
"Really? Wow!"
"We'll be in trouble if we meet a wizard." I murmur from the front.
"There are wizards? I thought that the movie was made up." Ren asks in interest.
"Though some things were made up like a witchcraft school or a train they did get the wizard and witch part right. There are many since the earliest of times. That is how there are many magical folk tales in England for there were once many supernaturals around and showing off. Nowadays not so much since we have gone into seclusion from the humans. For more than ten thousand years too." I explain.
We soon go to a nearby 24 hour cafe. I tie Asra to a post outside and wait for the other Myths to arrive inside and we don't wait long.
The four walk in with different vibes but one thing is alike and that is they look like they own the place. Also they are wearing different types of flannel as clothes.
Aria wears an a-symmetrical blue flannel dress which the front stops mid-thigh and the back stops just above her knee. She pairs it with a pale blue handbag and dark navy blue thigh-high heel boots. Her short teal hair is let down in small waves. She has her usual bossy vibe around her.
Lance is next to her. He has his playful aura around him with a smile on his face. He also wears blue flannel but as a shirt. He has black pants on and white shoes. His shaggy platinum blond hair is still looking like a mess but he manages to pull it off with his outfit. His blue eyes are more noticeable with all the light colors.
Atasi has her usual calm demeanor. She wears a dark vibrant green flannel shirt over her worn-out green overalls. She has brown boots which you would find at a construction site. Her brown hair is in a single loose French braid.
And last but not least is the birthday boy, Killian who looks stunning like always but who am I kidding the Myths all look stunning.
Killian wears a black jacket which is made of the same material of flannel (cotton). He has a white shirt underneath and ripped jeans. His dark red hair is pulled in to a half-up, half-down bun with a piercing on his eyebrow taking it away from the red hair but not from his dark skin which really makes him look even better.
He has his older brother vibe making me smile. The Myths have always been close even with all the playful fights.
I stand up and go to hug him. "Happy Birthday, Kiki."
"Thanks Adi."
I release him and hug the others while greeting them.
"Ren." Killian half-hugs Ren once seeing him. "I thought for a moment that Ori and Adi wouldn't bring you."
"Sorry for intruding." Ren bows.
"You're not intruding. Aria's dress is though." Lance says earning him a heeled kick from Ari. "What? If a breeze goes by everyone will see what's underneath."
"That's why I have tights on, you idiot!" Aria slaps his arm.
Lance looks at Aria doubting her words.
Atasi lifts Aria's dress up.
"Atasi!" Aria shouts in surprise. She pushes her dress down while glaring at Atasi. "Hey! Why did you do that for?"
"I was just checking if you did have tights on." Atasi replies with a calm face.
"Well I do." Aria wails.
"It's not like she harassed you so stop being so dramatic." Lance crosses his arms over his shoulders.
This time I hit him before kicking him in the stomach.
"Why did you do that, Adi?" Lance yelps.
"It's not like I harassed you. Stop being so dramatic." I say.
Lance stares at me with an open mouth when hearing his words used against him. "Do you want me to tell Ren?" He asks.
We all gasp when hearing his threat.
"Tell me what?" Ren asks confused.
"Do you want me to tell Landis?" Aria asks tapping her foot on the hardwood floor.
"About what?" Lance asks.
"About how you set fire to his all his underwear and blamed it on his candles."
"You! You wouldn't."
Aria pulls out her phone and quickly gets into her contacts. She presses Landis' contact and it connects the call without any hesitation.
"What do you want?" A groggily voice comes from the other side. The voice belonging to Lance's older brother.
"Hang up! Hang up!" Lance launches himself at the phone and hangs up to a confused Woods Brother.
We shake our heads looking at the two bickering, yet again.
"What were he going to tell me?" The forgotten Ren asks.
"He was going to tell you about the surprise party that we're going to hold for your birthday." Killian answers.
Orion elbows him. "You weren't supposed to tell him."
"Oh raindrops." Killian curses making Ren believe in their acting. He turns away and we secretly wipe our foreheads with relieve that the prank is still hidden.
We hang out for a few more hours in the cafe catching up on the things that we've missed.
"Mom suggests that we change the magic controlling law." Aria brings up.
"Okay. To what?"
"That the babies should be a few months old before going to control their magic. No parents want their child to be taken away for months without holding it." Aria answers.
"So what do we do until then?" I ask seeking what Aria wants to do.
"We should give the family magic concealing stones which are used in the school. But I think that we should also change the magic controlling so that every supernatural child who knows about Renata can go and isn't restricted to those who are less powerful and poor." Aria explains.
I nod slowly. "So which funds do we use for that?"
Aria pauses while thinking. "We should put the tax for the rich up again but not for the poor."
I nod thinking that it's a good idea. "Okay. I will give it to Uncle Hunter to finalize it before handing it to Aunt Alice and Aunt Andrew to handle."
Aria nods and looks like she's about to say something else but I speak up before her.
"I know that the elders have been suspicious. I have Junior looking over them."
Aria nods.
Lance looks at her weirdly.
"Since it's Ren's first time in London let's take him around." Killian suggests with a brotherly smile.
"Okay let's do it." We all agree before paying and leaving since we had a few things to eat and drink in the cafe.
