I turn around and see Melanie standing in the doorway of the bedroom.
"Uh. I was just calling it Kin because it means money and Nagoya is famous for it's golden tiles." I smile and awkwardly scratch my neck.
"It's a good name. Kin Ito, Ito Kin." Melanie mutters.
"Eh? You want to name your child money?"
Melanie nods.
"And here I thought the child was weird." I mumble.
Melanie laughs. "You changed it's diaper?"
"Yes. Don't ask me to do it again."
"I wouldn't dream of it. Instead Epstein can do that." Melanie smirks.
Oh god she's such a great wife.
I give her a thumbs up. "You can feed it. I'll go."
Melanie nods. "Bye then."
I smile and nod. "Good night. If it doesn't stop crying I know plenty of animals that love eating small children."
Melanie chuckles and shakes her head.
"Nah. Just joking." I summon a stone and pass it to her. "If it doesn't stop crying just acitvate the shield."
"Thank you."
I nod and grab everything that I bought with me before leaving their house with Asra.
"Aiyah. They're already having a child. When are my brothers going to give me my nieces and nephews?" I mutter and put my hands behind my head.
Asra howls.
"You're right. I should send them on missions so that they can find their mates quicker and give me my nieces and nephews." I pat her head. "They better not expect me to change their child's diapers."
Asra shakes her head. How did I end up with such an assassin clean freak as an owner?
When walking home I stop at a late night shop to get something to eat since I didn't have dinner. I also stop to look at the drunks who are too funny that it's hard not to look.
I arrive home 5 drunks later and two thieves which Asra ran after.
The apartment is in darkness and when I pass by Ren's door I can tell that he and Reiji are sleeping. I go into my room and lay down on my bed. I start thinking back to the conversation that I had with Epstein.
"Am I losing my teaching touch?" I ask him looking down at the floor.
Epstein contemplates it for a while before giving an answer. "I don't think so. I think it's more about you losing your patience. I've noticed that since the orphange and here you have been more impatient."
I look up at him. "Why would I be more impatient?"
"I don't know what's going on in your head but it could have something to do with Orion and you being away or because something has been pushed forward."
I think about it for a minute. "This year has been going insanely fast. Could that have something to do with it?"
Epstein shrugs. "I don't know Chikara. I'm not a supernatural like you and only know the basics. Even with the basics I know that the year has caused you to be a bit more anxious but something else has triggered it. Is Ren the only one that you have been feeling that you lost 'your touch'?"
I nod and look back at the floor in deep thought. "I taught the Blackwell's at the start of the year and everything went smoothly."
"Then the trigger to you being impatient could be Ren. You're probably being more careful with him since he's only a long life human and you've been ordered to protect him which is hard with his nature."
I nod knowing that Ren doesn't like injustice.
"You should ask Master Bai for more." Epstein suggests.
"I have tried to talk to him about it but he's been acting weird. So weird in fact that he agreed to teach Ren but not to see me."
"Mm. That is strange." Epstein agrees. "That is all the advice I can give you, Chikara. I'm sorry that I can't do more to help."
"No worries. I have a general idea of why I'm losing my teaching touch." I then change the topic.

"Aish!" I sigh before turning over and clearing my mind before falling to sleep.

The next day I wake at my usual time of 4:30. I take Asra for a walk before running back to the apartment and making breakfast.
I spend the morning playing games in the games room with Ren and Reiji before going to Scar's club to do a quick two hour training.
All of this is done with a suspicous that someone was plotting behind my back but not knowing what they would do and like always I was right.
Moon Howlers pack house, Spain,
"Madre* we have to kill that b*tch!" Bethany and Henry's daughter Brittany growls.
Bethany sits in the seat opposite her daughter and her eyes flash with heartbreak for her son and bloodthirst for revenge. "I should've gotten rid of that glitch* when she was a slave."
Brittany nods. "So what are we going to do?"
Bethany pats her daughter's head. "Just leave it to your Madre to deal with."
"Yes Madre." Brittany looks at her mother with foolishness.
"Aiyah don't tell me that seagulls are trying to bring down a phoenix?" Zane's voice sounds.
"What are you doing here?" Bethany growls.
"It's the pack dining room. Can't I be here? I am the alpha's son." Zane asks not getting affected by Bethany's act of disrespect.
"Who are you calling seagulls?" Brittany shouts.
"Well there are only you two in the room unless..." Zane gasps like he just realized something. "Don't tell me that my dear sister has invisible friends?"
"You!" Brittany growls and goes to lunge at Zane but he dodges. She colides with the concrete walls.
"Aiyah. Exactly like seagulls when they see food." Zane laughs when seeing both Mother and daughter angry. "I've had enough pleasing you ladies. Adios."
"Madre!" Brittany whines from the floor. She holds her broken nose.
Bethany grits her teeth knowing that she can't do anything to these siblings in the open. "Stop embarrassing yourself." She growls at her daughter before striding out of the room.
Brittany clenches her fists. 'I will kill you Adira Yukimura. You and your damn pack of dogs.'
All of my siblings and I sneeze.
"Deer/Adi must be missing me." The brothers think and smile for the rest of the day. Even the indifferent Sage cracks a faint smile.
"Aish! That Nicholas better not be cursing me behind my back." I scratch my nose while saying.
I get back to walking back to the apartment after finishing the two hour training with the three bosses. Along the way Orion calls which I immediately pick up and we start chatting before he has to go for a meeting.
"Bye Deer." He says before hanging up.
I smile and arrive at the apartment to be greeted by Reiji and Asra since Ren has gone to train with Master Bai.

*Bethany knows what a glitch is but doesn't know that Renata or the other three worlds/realms exist.
