I look behind but I shouldn't. I break into a run and whiz into school. I go straight to the school's infirmary.
"What!?" Nicholas yells surprised by the door opening and colliding with the wall.
"Give me a shirt." I order.
"What? Why?" Nicholas asks.
"Just give me a shirt!" I whine.
Nicholas looks confused but grabs a school shirt from his bag. I take off my shirt and change into that one.
"Have you seen-? Sorry." Ren opens the door but shuts it immediately.
I finish putting on my shirt and feel refreshed. The shirt fits me perfectly.
"Want to tell me why there's blood on your shirt?" Nicholas asks holding my shirt by it's collar which is splattered in blood. He smelt the blood after I threw it at him.
"Just a girl fight." I shrug and turn to walk out. "Thanks." I say before shutting the door.
"Tch! How am I related to such a statue?" Nicholas puffs.
"I heard that." I open the door and glare at him.
"Of course it's because I was blessed by the leaders." Nicholas changes his sentence and smiles.
I tilt my head.
"It's true. You're such an awesome sister, Adi." Nicholas does thumbs up at me.
I walk towards him and pull into a head lock. "You're such a suck-up." I mess his hair up.
"You're messing up my hair!" Nicholas whines and tries to get out of my hold.
"I don't care. What did you call me? A statue? I'll be a statue and not move, how's that?"
"You're not a statue! You're a beautiful phoenix!"
I let go of him once I'm tired of teasing him. "Dogs I tell ya." I mutter walking out of the infirmary.
"I heard that!" Nicholas shouts.
"You were supposed to." I laugh back.
I walk back to class to see Quantum looking out of the window in a daze and Ren's face in his hands.
"What's wrong with him?" i ask Quantum.
He snaps out of his daze and turns to look at Ren then at me. "Don't know. He just walked in blushing."
I look at Ren. Humans are so weird. Especially boys. No wonder Edith doesn't like them and told us not to date one. "Class is starting." I say and turn to face the front.
History starts with Teacher Sasaki is a bad mood.
"I didn't see anything!" Ren shouts and suddenly stands up, frightening the entire class including me. Ren blushes a furious shade of red and sits down. "Sorry." He mutters.
"Detention!" Sasaki shouts.
"Yes. Sasaki-Sensei." Ren nods.
"What did you dream about?" I lean towards him and ask.
Ren leans back. "Nothing."
"Really? It didn't sound like nothing." I look into his eyes and tell that he's lying. "In the infirmary why did you shut the door?"
"What?" Ren falls back in his chair.
I reach over his desk and grab his collar. "Why did you shut the door?" I repeat. I hate repeating myself.
"Y-you were getting changed."
"So?"
"I-I." Ren stutters.
I pull out a white strap from underneath my school shirt. "I had an undershirt on and if I didn't I had a sports bra on so you wouldn't of seen anything. Do you really think that I'll strip in front of Nicholas?"
"He is your brother." Ren replies.
"Even though we are related and we don't see most people as female and male we don't just strip in front of each other unless it's in a situation." I tell him and turn back around.
"Sorry." Ren apologizes.
I shake my head.

When class is finished I take out my bread crusts and walk down the stairs with a frown but to others I probably look really happy since I am light footed. I round the corner to the shoe lockers and side step.
"Ouch!" A boy trips and papers fly everywhere. "Sorry." He apologizes.
I nod and continue walking.
"Um. Chikara-san, right?" The boy asks.
I nod and tilt my head. 'Do I know you? Who are you? How do you know me? Are you an assassin?' My head starts thinking in overdrive. I'm used to people knowing me outside with my red hair but with black hair and in school hell no. Everyone would just call me a mouse from how small I am.
"I'm Tomoharu Kakita. I've been in your class since you transferred here." The boy says, picking up the papers.
I think for a minute trying to rack my brain for him but all I come up with is that he's in the volleyball team as a right side wing spiker. Yeah I know volleyball since I was obsessed with it when I was younger. i always wanted to be a libero since I thought it was awesome. Some libero's are small, very fast and has quick reflexes.
"Oh. Nice to meet you." I slightly bow my waist and continue walking. I think of something and walk backwards. "Has Ren Yamashita already signed up for volleyball?"
Tomoharu is started before looking at the papers in his hands. "Um... yes. Here is his sign up sheet. How did you know? I mean he only just signed up less than a minute ago."
I shrug my shoulders. "He told me." And I saw all the posters in his room when he got his head stuck in the wall but I'm not telling anyone that.
"Oh, okay. Have you signed up for any of the clubs?" Tomoharu asks standing up.
"No. I just want to focus on studying." Bah. Such a big lie but I'll go with it.
Tomoharu nods. "I have to take these to the office." He bows and leaves.
My god that was the most awkward conversation with a classmate and I live with Ren for gods sake who's clueless 99 percent of the time. I probably won't see Tomoharu-san again.
I get a text on my phone and sees it's from Reiji.
Dumplings: The girls you beat up just has been admitted to the hospital. All are in comas. Seriously Little Missy, you need to keep a low profile.
I text back: They started it and I did it in an alley.
Dumplings: Okay. Just don't fight anyone else until half-way.
Kara: Fine.
I put my phone away and walk back to class since I forgot what I was going to do. Whoops.
