"Tha-" Ren chokes horrified.
I shove Ren behind a tree and pick up my paintball gun from the ground. I then hide behind a tree which the other boys do the same.
I climb the tree and since my frame is so small nobody from Zuoka Boys School notices. When I get to the top I see that there are three Zuoka Boys School students on the left and the other three on the right. Not caring about anyone I aim the gun at the students and shoot six times. All six paint balls hit the Zuoka Boys School on the vest which the orange light disappears.
"You're out!!!" I shout from the top of the tree.
The male students look up and only then realize that I'm in the tree. All of their faces show confusion and amazement.
"Wow!" The leader of Zuoka Boys School exclaims his eyes have admiration in them.
I jump down the tree and land knee-deep in the snow. I lose my balance and fall back when the snow slides backwards.
"Dammit!" I curse. Out of all the places I could've landed I had to fall into a hole.
Daniel comes out from behind the tree and lifts me out of the snow making it seem like I'm a doll from how easy it looked.
"Nice game" We start shaking hands. We have an hour until their lights come on again and until then they can just relax.
"I would have never guessed to climb the tree" The leader of Zuoka says.
"I would have thought about sneak attacking the weakest" I say back. I shake his hand which from my comment he grips my hand really tight. I smile gripping his hand even tighter making him cry out in pain.
"We have to go. See you around" Daniel says pulling me away before anything else happens.
"He started it" I grumble.
We walk away and when we're out of Zuoka Boys School eye sight we walk along a animal track.
"Do you think we're still in Hokkaido?" Aito asks looking at the scenery.
"Who knows?" Quasar replies to him.
"I'm hungry" I complain feeling my stomach rumble.
"What!?"
"Already?" Daniel asks.
"Yes"
"Why do you eat so much?" asks Quasar sitting on a fallen log.
"I'm always hungry" I nonchalantly answer.
"Where?" Daniel asks confusing the other 4.
"Most people would choose to have higher ground so we should be near to eliminate them" I reply.
"What are you talking about?" Aito asks.
"Where we should go next" Daniel replies to him.
"Oh" all 4 boys say.
Daniel hands me some bread.
"How I miss my brothers cooking" I whine taking a bit.
We finish resting and conitnue walking. When walking there's lots of animal tracks but rarely any animals appeared. Also the snow has gotten a lot thicker since we're going slightly uphill. The sun slowly starts to go down when we reach the bottom of a huge mountain.
"Let's stop here" Daniel suggests.
"YES!" we all agree.
I toss my stuff against a tree and sit next to it. I grab a piece of bread out and start eating.
"What are you going to do now?" Quasar asks.
"Huh?" I blink at him.
"Well your Aunt Kiara's giving birth" Quasar answers.
"Oh" I say finally getting what he's saying. "Well I suppose I'll take a few days off to welcome them into the world and say hi to my friends and family while I'm at it."
"How long is a few days?" Ren asks.
"Probably at most a week" I say while shrugging my shoulders. "I'm not too sure."
"Aito what does your mother do?" asks Ren looking at Aito who's eating.
Aito coughs on the bread. "Sorry but your question totally caught me off guard." Aito says patting his chest.
"Sorry" Ren apologizes.
"It's alright. My mother is a marine biologist" Aito answers Ren's question.
"Oh" Ren nods like he knows.
"His mother works in the sea" I explain since I know he didn't understand.
"I think I know a what a marine biologist is. Thank you Chikara" Ren says grumpy.
I shrug my shoulders in innocence.
"Yes we're doing this" Quantum says excited. "What does your parents do, Ren?"
"My father runs a buisness and my mother works at a supermarket to support my brother and I" Ren answers him. "Um.... Daniel what does your parents do?"
"Father owns a buisness and mother is from a 7 generation of police officers so naturally she'll be one" Daniel answers sipping water. "Twins what do your parents do?"
"Father is a great secretary to your father and mother died 3 years ago" Quasar answers.
"Chikara-san what does your parents do?" Quantum asks.
Instantly all eyes turn to me. I think for a moment.
"Um.... Both of my parents ran buisnesses but died 13 years ago" I answer.
"How about your siblings? We haven't heard much about them" Aito says.
"Um.... My siblings have different jobs like one is a doctor and another is a lawyer. One's a vet and it just keeps going until you get to the three that also died 13 years ago" I bitterly smile while answering.
"Wow" Aito says surprised. He still doesn't know about me and even though I told Quantum, Quasar and Ren about me I left the parts about the siblings out (well I did tell them I had 14 siblings so not totally left out).
"That's the joy of life you're born just to die" Daniel says trying to liven the tense atmosphere.
"Hhm" I snort at his words (very unlady-like of me).
"Was that funny?" Aito whispers to Ren.
"To them it was" Ren shrugs his shoulders not knowing whats going on in our heads.
"What did your sister want to do?" Quasar asks. Daniel and I glare at him. "I mean you always say that your sister was you-know when she was young but surely she would've had dreams" When Quasar said 'you-know' he runs his thumb acros his throat.
I narrow my eyes at him. Daniel stands up about to punch Quasar. This situation could not get any worse, a new purifier verse a half vampire with great strengths.
"She wanted to be the perfect role model for her friends and younger siblings" My voice speaks on its own. "She was always cheering up the boys when they didn't know how to get the moves right. She always wanted to teach me to be a good housewife but I always turned her down. She would take care of Ekon and Braxton. She even taught Braxton how to swim and Ekon how to catch fish. She was the exact replica of Henry but she had Ellora's personality. She was the best sister I could've asked for." A smile forms on my lips.
