When everyone finishes eating I collect their plates to wash up. I don't know why but I love washing dishes because of all the bubbles. I finish washing up with the help of a few others after 5 minutes. I bid them Merry Christmas before strolling to the stables.
When I get to the stables I see that Master Bai is grooming a white horse. I ignore him and open Li-Jie's door and take a step back allowing him to walk out. He takes a couple of steps before stopping and turning to face me. I slip and bridle and clip a lead on. I then walk him out into the castle's courtyard and start leading him around in a circle going from slow and soon into a canter.
I walk back into the barn when he gets tired. I wet a towel and start wiping him down.
"Are you sure you want to go to school?" Master Bai asks while leading a black horse into a stable.
"To be honest I don't" I answer while wiping Li-Jie's colourful coat of fur.
"Then why are you going?"
"I don't know. I just think that I should because everyone wants me to go." I explain to him.
"What if someone falls for you?"
"No one will and if someone ever did I will turn him down straight away. Orion and the boys here are the only are the only ones that I will love from the opposite gender" I switch over to start grooming Li-Jie.
"Do remember that you are a glitch" Master Bai reminds me.
"I know that I am a glitch" I glare at Master Bai.
"You can never fall in love with the opposite gender like that unless the other person is also a glitch so that if he meets his soulmate you wouldn't be hurt too much"
"I know but that would be very unlikely" I reply to him.
A glitch is a person who isn't supposed to exist. I am a glitch. I caused the world to become different because I wasn't supposed to exist.
The Renata's orb knows the future to all of the races including the human race and glitches don't show in the Renata orb.
Ellora was only supposed to have 14 kids which only 1 was a girl but then I was born and changed everything. Whoops!
"I know don't fall in love, don't reveal my magic and don't show your true appearance . Right?" I ask while looking at Master Bai.
"En" Master Bai responds.
"Don't worry I won't have my gorgeous red hair or different coloured eyes instead I will change it to jet black hair and medium toned purple couloured eyes to look more natural" I empahasize the word 'natural'.
"Okay" He walks out of the stables before disappearing in the night.
"Stingy b*stard" I curse at the spot where he was. I lead Li-Jie back into his stable and start to walk to my room. I see a few people on the 2nd floor. I say a quick Hello to be polite.
When I get to the top floor I open my door and walk straight to my walk-in-closet. I pick out some clothes before going to the bathroom. I take my shirt and shorts off so that I am standing in my bra and undies. I run the water and wait for a few minutes until hopping into it and submerging my whole body underwater.
I start thinking about what happened since 2 days ago. I was so absorbed in my thought that I didn't realize that the water got cold. I hop out of the bath tub and onto the floor mat so that water doesn't get onto the floor. I change into a clean set of clothes before walking to the mirror to look at my reflection
I look at my childlike face. My eyes look like cats eyes because instead of having pupils I have slits exactly like a cat. My eyes shine with innocence even though I am not that innocent. I have to admit that I can class myself as the most beautiful person in the world even though I look like a child.
I look like the younger version of Ellora and Edith. Orion and I don't have a single feature that looks like Henry and my wolf brothers. I smile at the thought of not looking like Henry.
I walk out of my room and stroll to Orion's room to find him and the other Myth's lying on his bed.
I jump in the middle of them and bounce a few times because the springs. I snuggle up to the closest person to me which is Killian. He wraps his arms around me before continuing his conversation.
"You shouldn't be wearing just sports bras Adi. Look your lips have turned blue" Aria says concerned about me.
"Adi your body is practically a walking freezer" Killian comments.
I elbow him in the gut which he groans from pain. "I am only cold because I was too absorbed in my thoughts and didn't notice that the water was getting cold" I explain to them.
"Why do you always do this when you have something on your mind?" Lance asks while poking my feet.
"Water has always been her safe zone ever since Haha died." Orion also comments on the topic.
"That's true" I agree with him.
"But still get a shirt on. I can literally feel your coldness from here" Atasi says while rubbing her arms trying to get warmer.
"Here I will make it colder since you 'politly' asked for it" I smile smugly while using the ice ability to make the room colder.
"Adira!!" Aria and Atasi screams when the room temperature drops to -20.
"Killian, Orion do something" Lance says while shivering.
"Okay"
I feel heat coming from behind me. I turn to look at Killian and see small black flames surrounding him from head-to-toe. I pout when the temperature goes back to normal. I stop using the ice ability because Killian's flames are a bit more powerful.
"F*ck you and your demon flames" I curse at him.
"Damn it feels good to have something that is more powerful than you" Killian pinches my cheeks.
"Don't touch me" I slap his hands away. I look away from him and reach to grab the remote for the huge flat screen TV. I switch the channel to Beijing's news and smile at what's on.
YESTERDAY THE HONG GANG HAS BEEN WIPED OUT!!!
"They are still showing this? What is so exciting about a gang getting wiped out?" Aria asks while looking at the flat screen.
"Well first of all the Hong gang has been wreaking havoc among the streets causing Beijiing to have a bad reputation and second the people don't have to listen to their orders anymore" Atasi explains in a lazy voice. She is also looking at the flat screen.
"See so to the people there we did a good thing" I smile smugly at how awesome I am.
"You are not awesome" Killian comments when he catches me thinking to myself.
"You're just jealous because I am more awesome than you" I say not taking my eyes off of the TV.
"In any way how are you more awesome than me?" Killian asks.
"In every single way" I reply.
"If we don't do something about this they will keep bickering for hours" Atasi says. The 3 nod their heads agreeing to her words. They grab Killian and I and makes us sit at the opposite ends of the bed.
"Tch!" I pout at them before staring at the TV again.
I can hear someone runnning in the corridor. The door burts open and Aunt Kiara burts through the door.
"Nagoya" Kiara squeals.
"What?" We ask confused.
"Adi let's go to Nagoya"
"Oh"
"But why Nagoya?" I ask her.
"I've always wanted to visit it and give birth to a child there too" She explains.
"Then why didn't you?" Killian asks his mother.
"Because you have all come at unexpected times" Kiara speaks coldly.
"That is true" I agree with her words. All of her children came unexpected like when she was pregnant with Kala and Kailey her water broke when she was in a meeting discussing about Aspen Boutique in London.
"But I thought that you were going back to Britain to give birth?" Aria asks.
Kiara face falls. "I forgot about that" she says sadly.
