Of course there are more divisions like the vampire, fairy, witch or there is a BELIEVE division where all races can sign up and compete in both sectors; mind and strength.
In the BELIEVE division I of course got 1st place in both sectors without using any magic whatsoever. Orion scored 3rd with using a lot of his magic luckily the fight ended quickly and didn't drag on for a long time or else he would've severely injured his magical orb to the point of it dying.
The magical orb dying is where you go way over your limit and you could end up dead or just couldn't use magic ever again. Luckily I was there or else he would've never made it back with all the people jealous of him.
In the ring of strength killing is allowed and once you step out of the stadium killing is also permitted because you are not on elders ground which they will not even protect someone that in a fight right before there eyes.
There are a lot of deaths inside and outside the stadium. Okay enough about that back to the present.
After apologizing to Aunt Lumi, Orion comes over and asks if he can talk to me in his office. I quickly agree so I can see if he is alright.
We take the elevator up to the top story of the castle. Yes we have an elevator I could've just used that to come down but you have to go up to that second story to hop on it and I am way too lazy to do that.
Ding!
The elevator stops and the doors slide open. Standing before us is a big, wide corridor with arched black painted ceiling and left wall and white carpet with the right wall being painted white as well with gold details. Along the corridor is 8 doors half being purple and the other half being red.
Orion and I walk towards the 3rd farthest red door from the elevator. He opens it to reveal an office room with black ceilings, walls and carpet with nearly all red furniture. In the middle of the office is a dark red desk with a plush throne-like chair with gold detail behind and two plush tub chairs in front of the dark red desk. On the desk are some files and 2 silver laptops.
To the right is a black coffee table in front of a red plush sofa. Behind the red sofa is a mini library. Next to the library is black wooden stairs going up leading to a black door with an imprinted dragon. The dragon looks exactly like the one on the gate except there is no phoenix. On the left is another black door with the same dragon on it.
Orion starts taking long strides towards the desk I follow behind him. He takes a seat in the throne-like red plush chair. He looks so handsome with the light shining on him from the opened circle Japanese styled window behind him.
I take a seat in one of the tub chairs and look up to him to see that he is wearing a serious face.
'It must be something important' I tell Astrid in my head.
'Yeah, he almost never wears that face when we're around' Astrid replies.
"Deer"
"Yes Oreo" I reply. I see Orion's face turn sullen. "Is there something wrong?" I ask worriedly.
"Grandmother Edith has decided for you to give you an S class mission" Orion speaks.
"What kind of mission?" I ask my anxiety goes up by the way he acts.
"I am not going with you" He croaks out.
"How long will it be?" I ask.
"For a few months" He answers.
"WHAT?" I exclaim while slamming my hands on the desk. Orion stands up at my outburst.
"SIT DOWN ADIRA" he barks. I immediately sit back down so does he.
"Why" I barely whisper.
"Because I said so" An elegant woman's voice fill the room. I look behind me to see a beautiful middle aged Japanese woman behind me.
The middle aged woman has long light pink hair, slanted golden eyes, pale skin, small round face, an hour glass body, a sharp nose and high cheekbones with dimples.
"Edith Stone" I say with clenched teeth every word lace with contempt.
"Yes I was the one to give you the mission without your brother going with you" She says elegantly she strides in the room and stands next to the edge of the desk. This is Edith Stone my Grandmother on my mother's side.
"What is the mission?" I ask her my words seething with clear loathing.
"You will be going to school" She answers my words unhurried.
"WHAT?" Once again I slam my hands onto the desk. "WHO GAVE YOU TO THE RIGHT TO DECIDE?" I shout at her.
"DON'T YOU DARE GIVE ME THAT TONE CHIKARA. YOU SHOULD SPEAK TO ME WITH RESPECT, I AM STILL YOUR GRANDMOTHER" She yells at me. ( Chikara is my first middle name).
"SINCE WHEN?"
"I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN"
"Calm down Deer" Orion says while tugging on my hood. I look up into his eyes I can see he is afraid that we'll fight.
"Why do I have to go to school?" I sigh. My heart is racing awaiting for an upcoming fight.
"To be the heir of the Stone Corporation you will have to improve your lack of socail skills" She says while seating down in the throne-like chair.
"I already have social skills" I say with hostility.
"You have been with these people since young so you already know how they behave"
"I have been running Stone Corporation for 10 years without anyone's help. I have managed to crush our opponents with my 'lack of social skills'" I speak sarcastically.
"Respect Chikara" Edith raises her voice at my sarcasm.
"For years I have managed 'respect' to you because you are connected to us by blood but if Orion didn't look up to you or stopped me I would've had your head years ago" I speak with malice.
"WHAT IS THAT SUPPOSED TO MEAN"
"YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHAT IS MEANS. ABANDONING YOUR DAUGHTER IN THAT TYPE OF HOUSE" I shout at her.
"SHE CHOSE THAT HERSELF" Edith screams.
"SO WHAT IF SHE CHOSE IT HERSELF YOU COULD'VE TAKEN HER BY FORCE" I continue shouting at her.
"SHE WOULD'VE HATED ME IF I DID THAT"
"Than what about after she died you didn't even try to get us out" I say softly remembering what happened after our mother was assassinated.
"I DIDN'T KNOW YOU WERE ALIVE"
"You are lying. You would've felt it through the bond if we were dead"
"HOW CAN YOU ACCUSE ME OF LYING"
"I will not go to school unless Orion goes with me" I say coldly making my final decision.
"Who will look after the company if the both of you go" Edith pants she is tired from yelling.
"I KNEW IT. YOU ONLY ARE CONCERNED FOR THE COMPANY. YOU HAVE OTHER CHILDREN WHY CAN'T THEY DO IT?" I shout, my eyes are wide from realization.
'She is trying to separate us from Orion' Astrid says with malice inside my head.
'Don't worry I won't let her' I reassure her.
"MY CHILDREN DOESN'T WANT TO DO IT" Edith starts yelling again.
"And so that gives you a reason to throw the responsibility to your youngest grandchildren. You know how I am protective of Orion and yet you are clearly trying to split us up again" I speak without any ounce of emotion in my voice.
"I have never tried to split you two up nor am I trying to split you up now" Edith says her eyes are looking to the side a bit. She is lying.
Orion tugs at my hood "You should go to school Deer" he says softly.
"WHAT" I ask surprised.
"See Chikao has a sense of mind" Edith says. (Chikao is Orion's middle name)
She sure loves to shove it into my face when Orion takes her suggestions.
"Orion she is trying to separate us. If I went to school you would have to work full time in the office" i say worriedly.
