Ever since Asuna arrived at Ostia, a headache accompanied by countless foreign memories that she was sure she had never seen or experienced suddenly popped into her head.
And because Asuna felt uncomfortable with all those memories, she decided to take a walk outside Emiya's residence in Ostia. To refresh her mind. Of course Asuna didn't forget to wear a disguise, because she knew that something serious would happen if she didn't disguise herself.
After walking for almost an hour, had a look around Ostia's condition. Asuna arrived at the outskirts of Ostia, where she could see a very beautiful sight. Because Ostia is a city that floats above the clouds.
"Wooow what a magnificent sight," Asuna said whose heart was pounding when she saw the beautiful sight before her. "If you fall from this place, you will definitely die, anyway. But this kind of scene is almost impossible to find in the real world."
Right after saying that, Asuna felt something she sure had never felt before. But somehow there was a feeling of nostalgia that grew stronger, just as he walked further and further into the outskirts of Ostia.

"Shi-Shirou-kun!?" Asuna said whose face immediately turned red and her heart was beating very fast, as soon as she saw Shirou who was currently appearing in front of her. "Wh-why are you even here!?"
"Hmm? I was strolling around Ostia, looking for a restaurant that had good food, so that I can increase my knowledge, regarding the types of culinary available in Mundus Magicus," Shirou said who was slightly amused by Asuna's reaction. "Back to my previous question, Asuna-san, what are you doing alone, in a place like this?"
"I arrived at this place after I wandered aimlessly to refresh my mind," Replied Asuna still blushing, because she was nervous about being alone with Shirou. Where moments like that are very rare for her ,because Shirou is almost always with Rin.
"Refreshing the mind? Hmm don't tell me you're currently experiencing a strange phenomenon, where you see countless memories you've never experienced, illusions of sights you've never seen before, and also apparitions of people you've never seen before."

"The reason I left the Emiya residence to refresh my mind was because of all those illusions!" shouted Asuna who was taken aback by Shirou's words. "Shirou-kun how could you guess so accurately the strange thing I just experienced!?"
Shirou felt grateful, he covered his ears at the right time. Because every time Asuna shouted loudly, the ears of the people around Asuna would definitely ring. And that sort of thing, was something Shirou didn't want to experience again.
"Hmm, I can tell because right now in the area around Ostia, there is an epidemic that causes people to see so they see illusions and dreams, all the symptoms you are experiencing really describe exactly the symptoms of the disease," Shirou said who was currently feel bad have to lie to Asuna.
"And if the disease is left untreated, the person suffering from the disease will become insane."
Asuna's face paled at Shirou's explanation. She never thought that all dreams, and the illusions she had seen recently were a disease that could drive her crazy.
"Shi-Shirou-kun can the Elixir you make be used to treat my illness?" Asuna asked with a pale face.
"Unfortunately not," Shirou replied. "Elixir can't be used to treat someone's mental illness, but you don't have to worry. Because I have the cure."
Shirou gave a packet of powdered medicine to Asuna and told Asuna to drink it.
Asuna who was a bit innocent without a second thought immediately drank the medicine Shirou had given her. After taking the medicine, Asuna immediately fell asleep, due to the effects of the special medicine made by her friend to suppress Asuna's memory which was starting to return.
Shirou immediately carried Asuna's body on his back and carried her to Emiya's residence. He was now feeling relieved, because his mission to get Asuna to take the memory-blocking drug was accomplished.

At Emiya's residence, right after Shirou laid Asuna down in her room.
"So seeing princess Asuna sleeping so soundly, does that mean you've accomplished your mission well?" Asked Clone Nagi who was sitting next to Friend right in the living room of the Emiya residence.
"Well, that's how it is," Shirou replied. "I never expected that past memories of Asuna would return little by little. Right after she arrived in Ostia."
"Ostia is Asuna's birthplace and as the Imperial Princess of Twilight, Asuna is mentally connected to Ostia," Rakan said who was drinking beer from a very large glass. "No wonder Asuna's memory will gradually return when she returns to Ostia, because the magic power in Ostia will do anything to keep Asuna from dying and in the best condition."
"That's why the memory-blocking medicine made by Rakan is really needed," Clone Nagi said with a sad expression on her face because Asuna couldn't remember herself. "So that Asuna will no longer remember her painful past."

Evangeline's headache was getting worse, and Evangeline started seeing Arika's memories. It was as if she was Arika Enteofushia, the last queen of the kingdom of Vespertatia and the wife of Nagi Springfield. That dream of course made Evangeline happy, because being Nagi's wife was her dream. But Evangeline still believes that all the memories that popped into her head were an illusion.

Asuna who was sleeping in her room seemed to be sleeping very quietly. Asuna's previously pale face started to return to its normal state. The expression on Asuna's face that was once full of confusion became much better. Even the delirium that had been heard the previous night in Asuna's room no longer appeared. Right now Asuna had completely returned to her usual self, where she was full of confidence.
