Asuna had already resigned herself to what would happen to her, but she was sure that she would not die because she had used Kankaho to strengthen and protect herself. So at least even if she fell to the stone floor she wouldn't die.
But just before Asuna fell to the stone floor, Asuna's body was caught by Shirou, who coincidentally saw Asuna fall, and with his extraordinary reflexes he caught Asuna's body before it hit the stone floor.
"Asuna-san, are you all right?" Asked Shirou.

"Oh, Asuna fainted," Konoka said. "Because Shirou-kun was too close to her Asuna got so excited that she had a nosebleed and then fainted. Asuna's fig is really sucks, even though she had a golden opportunity but she wasted it because she fainted."
"I was jealous to Asuna-san because right now Shirou-Sama was carrying her," Setsuna said. "But after seeing her pass out I felt sorry for her."
"Uuuh I'll have to apologize to Asuna later for almost causing her to die or get seriously injured," Haruna said. "I really need more practice in using my Artifacts, so I can use them even better!"
