making burito may sound both simple and complex, easy and hard you make ask how? that is simple because some people buy some burito skin from outside and fill it with veggies and some even bought filling also from outside and just roll it and eat it but that is not how a real burito is made
taking out dried corn cobs that were hanging from the celling of course using a footer to climb to reach those beautiful goden colour cobs which when peeled show the golden kernel seed which appear like gold ginnies(small ancient gold coin mad of gold not particular circle in shape but of valued as money) as she was still a teenager in her late teen that look like a golden from cabinet and used a hand grinder to grind it into flour the special thing about the grinder was it was made of stone so there was no overheating or metal involved which can cause change in taste so the powder which appear was beautiful golden like powderd gold dust
after getting the flour you can smell the fresh ground corn flour but she still use a sieve while transferring it to large bowl and watched as the flour cool down to body temperature while she was waiting for flour to cool down
she starting cutting the vegies and frying them in sarso oil which itself was golden in color and has a strong concentrate smell of sarso flowers she put spoonful of the oil in the pan and waited till it's transparent and than usig her wrist spread the oil to pan surface equally and evenly when the whole surface is coated with oil she drop few of jeeras in oil which jump coming in contact with hot oil and start giving a subtle smell which increases the temptation of food to come she than added the geens which she has cut before while also slightly burning the tomatoes on side while the veggies were cooking
Riya stating to make the dough using the corn four by adding water little by little after every 6 mashing
when the dough was not sticky and bind together perfectly she place it to rest and added salt and pepper corn to veggies which has shrunk in size and let it cook while it was cooking she started to make starting tortias useing a wooden belan to make a skin of burito using the uniform pressure and dried flour the round tortias were than baked in hot plate and cooked from both side meanwhile the veggies were cooked she grinded a potato in a mixing jar to get tomato puree and added inside totia with cooked veggies and folded it to get a burito
although it sounded a long proceeds but it take less than 5 minutes to complete whole process after taking the whole buritos she added them in a plate and take out imli chatni ,which was sour and sweet in taste as a dipping she sat in the dining table and took the bite of freshly made burito after taking one bite shev tasted the corn and than freshly harvested cabbage and feel fresh than on further chewing she tasted the sour taste of fresh tomato which was even more impactful and cause a blissful smile to appear on her face she than tasted the burito with imli chatni and the taste rises further after eating the burito her mood after being penalised was improved
she even felt it was worth it and will do it again for such a tasty food she has just thought of it, when her phoner give a new notification ring she took out her phone and read the notifications and than..........
