Zheng Wei glared down hatefully are Changying, his eyes clearly showing that he thought of her as an eyesore. Within in the time it took Changying to affirm her hatred of shopping, ZhengWei had already opened his mouth again.
"Don't stare at me with those eyes of yours, it's disgusting." He sneered.
Changying was both too lazy to deal with him and too disgusted to talk to him, so she immediately turned around and...quickly tried to walk to the other end of the store.
"You! Stop!" Zheng Wei was calling for her?! Seriously?! Telling her to stop, she was not some brainless romance novel heroine, okay?! She refused to associate herself with this scum male.
She continued her attempts to dodge him, shifting through the aisles and such. Was nobody suspicious of this boy following around a girl who was clearly trying to get away from him?!
Unfortunately for her, Zheng Wei didn't seem willing to let her get away that easily at all. He was running up behind her, startling her enough that she actually felt like he was coming up to attack her. Why couldn't he just let her walk away?! "Ah!" The sound idea a girl crying out and the thud of someone falling.
Changying turned around, fully intending to apologize when she saw just who it was. Lihua! The heroine of the original novel! Her words caught up in her throat and she could only stare at the cute little sis that had fallen to the floor.
When she finally managed to get her voice, she leaned down helping the girl up, "Are you alright? You aren't hurt, are you?"
Lihua looked at Changying in surprise, then shrank a bit in on herself shyly. Ah! Heroine you are really a breath of fresh air in this horrible novel! Changying couldn't help but smile at her.
From several paces away, a voice rang out.
"Not going to apologize!? You're already bullying people in my presence?"
Eh? Oh. Zheng Wei was still here.
