Chapter 9 - Episode 9: Magic Academy

Luginas and co., arrived at Magic Academy the next day. Truthfully, this, is but a City and not just a Magic School. But it changed its name after the has built at its very center and become popular even to neighbouring kingdom.

Of course those who could enter is only Guards, Teachers, Students(Enrollees and Enrolled), VIP's, and Merchants affiliated in this kingdom. As for others? they don't even think of entering here. The very reason why this City has the second name, the or .

Even Luginas could do is only shake his head just thinking about it. His friend is already told him. 'She' only owned the Tower but not the City. So the rules outside 'her' School, she couldn't do anything about it. . .But enough about that for now.

As Lugias and co. enters, they thought they arrived in a different world, separated only by Gate and Walls. But actually isn't.

This City isn't called the City of Tycoons for no reason at all. The road is made of high quality stone pavements and landscapes, walls made of marbles and even has otherworldly design. a shop whose pure transparent crystallized wall. The popular cake shop. A market flee called 'Mall' and a separated 'Convenient Store'. An Auction House in which, auctioned an items and weapons with magic affinities and elements. The tavern with out of this world tables and chair. an Inn called 'Hotel' consists of 5 floors made of Stone, metals and crystal mirror.

Those who witnessed this scene would surely be alienated with its grandiose appearance. Wherever ones eyes arrived. It sees only but satisfaction, of course only one person find it all boring.

"Those otherworlder influenced a world this much, huh"

Luginas stated as his back still lying from above the carriages roof, watching this spectacular scene (for others eye). As for the princess and others, they already came here for a couple of times now, so this scene isn't surprising for them at the very least.

Oh. . .as for why is the princess didn't look distress after coming here and why Luginas group is alive and well?. . .Well, those bandits has been dealt with-with only a couple of bouts as they all prioritizing on capturing or killing the princess. And just like that simple disturbance, they arrived at the Tower of Cacophony thereafter. At the very center and heart of the City. . .

Well, one could see this isn't a tower but only a normal looking Mansion. They only called it a tower because the Magic Academy has built straight downwards the underground facility who has three digit floors, so they say. And at the entrance, they've welcomed by none other than the founder himself. The Meister, The Last Sage; Grunt. Even the princess and her escorts open their mouth wide in shock. . .

A wrinkled old man with usual and like a typical in fantasies; white long hair, moustache and beard, wearing white long mantle; don with a sigil of Tower of Cacophony; a Magic staff, sparks of lightning and spiraling golden chain. As for the most eye catching is his gills near his collar bone.

Of course everyone knew he isn't a human race but a race called, 'Silver Crail'. A race who are by far stronger than the hight-elves when it comes on controlling Karma and Magic Elements. He's the last person alive from their extinct race; thus the 'Last Sage'.

But that's not the only reason why he's popular. As he was once an Adventurer; accompanied by the Strongest and only Triple S Rank who hailed as Adventurers Hero and Champion, [Balmung], and as the Meister himself is a double S Rank Strongest Magician [The Meister]. The two created a legend and myth in their wake until the latter's retirement and created the , become the eldest official Guild Master, the Grand Masters. As for 'Balmung'. no news about that guy. He just perished like dust and never resurfaced again. There's a rumor he's already died ages ago. Well. . .

And with only a few breathes, Luginas and co. has accompanied by the founder himself and entered in the isolated spherical metals as they descends. They've called it an 'Elevator'. powered by Magic elements called 'electricity'. Not a lightning but an electricity. As for how they've done this. Its their trade secret so no one should know from the outside.

Of course Luginas sure knows that this invention is none other than from the 'Otherworlders'. Those who isn't or didn't become a hero after summoning here or didn't receive their Traits. They've either become a vagabond who ventures the world, a Demon Kings or Demon Emperor, or ceated/join in an organization lurking in the shadow or become an Adventurer. And last, an inventor who intentionally or unintentionally changing the shape and culture of this world. . .
