After the battle with the Alzian Kingdom, Ariya yet face another problem, her very own wedding. She's not a bit excited about it, on the contrary she despised the idea. But what can she do? She needed it.
She rubbed her temples feeling a bit dizzy. Stack of Papers kept filing and she could only heave a sigh.
"Young Mistress?" Raymond peeked his head on the slightly opened doors.
"Come in." Ariya said without looking up.
"Here's your tea. What do you want for today's breakfast?" Raymond inquired.
"Just give me anything." Raymond frowned at her response. His Mistress didn't even bother to look at her.
"Young Miss, our plans are going smoothly, what are you so worried?" He sat down. He searched her eyes but he only saw a tired face.
"One can never be too certain." She responded nonchalantly. This time, he was the one who sighed and could only nod.
"Do you really have to marry? To an enemy? What if he has ulterior motive?" Raymond's tone is that of a worried father. Ariya could only smile, a tired one. She reached for the man's hand and squeezed it.
"Fret not my faithful disciple, I have everything under control." She smiled once again and retracted her hand.
"Everything?" To her this sounded a reminder, no a threat. She looked at him. Her eyebrows furrowed and bit her lip then closed her eyes sorting everything especially her thoughts.
"Yes. Everything." Before he exited the room Ariya muttered a small thanks then closed the door.
"I hope so." She stood up and walked towards the window. Her sight never left the moon. It shone brightly, just like the sun. Her eyes glimmer with it. The same brightness but somehow it shows longing.
