The winner list was over.
"The Fun is over guys, hope you enjoyed well"
The people cheered and started to go out of the hall, the winners started to walk down the stage along with the three knowns. The mysterious guy made a sigh of relief. Naomi felt that strange as nobody forced has him to attend that party, if he is so not into parties. The one who was really happy was Amanda. Everyone on the way congratulated her.
They reached out of the building.
"So you have become quite a star over here", Naomi in a cheerful tone.
"So have you, where is your dance partner by the way? He is in our class if I am not wrong"
"Stop talking about that, that topic is over now"
More congratulations came while they were on their way to the hostel.
"You took too long in the room and you vanished for so many times at the party"
"Oh, I forgot to tell you what things happened till now"
She started to tell her everything. "I heard two seniors about ragging a fresher boy". She told her about how she got to know about it this way, she didn't tell about her dreams to her. She told about the ragging of that boy and those pathetic seniors and everything. And then how that boy came and then how they argued. "But the boy is alright"
"Oh my God, those seniors are so cruel"
"Yeah and tomorrow we are going in the anti-ragging cell to complain against them"
"Ok, I will also come with you, by the way, who the boy is"
"Oh, I completely forgot to ask about their names, but the victim boy is in our class as well along with my DANCE PARTNER", and she started to laugh.
Amanda also laughed along.
They reached the hostel, but the lift was busy taking students up and down so they took the stairs. The stairs were closer to their room as they were at the farther corner and their room was also at the farther corner on the second floor.
Amanda opened the room with her key. She lit the room and they took out their sash, Amanda hanged her sash on the wall through the iron pin in a way that the tag Miss freshers could be seen.
Naomi kept hers on the study table after folding it. Amanda took a picture of the sash hanging on the wall, "Oh wait", she said, "Naomi I am going to wear this again can you please take a picture of me"
"Yup, sure"
Amanda wore the sash and Naomi clicked a picture of her.
"I will post it" and she posted it on her social media with a suitable caption about the party.
They went to sleep, after making everything suitable to sleep.
Naomi was unable to sleep as she had already slept but Amanda soon went in sleep.
Naomi now knew that she had the power to see the future on the basis of two incidents that happened. But there were many questions unanswered. Those questions made her night more sleepless. She thought of the questions which she wanted to get answers for. Why she was having such powers? to save people as she saved that boy today, So at every place, there are people who can see the future to save people. If not, then for what purpose she had got these powers? Why she got powers lately? why she got powers after reaching here? Is this because she was of an appropriate age now or because of this place. She threw her blanket away and the questions went through her mind again. The room had a main window and a side window as well, as she had the corner room. She opened the side window of her room, the other window was covered with curtains.
The cold breeze of the mountains came inside the room. The wind so refreshing and so tempting, made Naomi feel that she is amid a wonderful landscape. She starting to remember what had happened until now from the start of her college when she had just left her home. She remembered her conversation with her dad in the car, then she remembered what she had seen in the meadows. A strange man as if a scene from a horror movie. 'Everything happened till now is so strange', she looked behind towards Amanda's bed, Amanda was in deep sleep. 'She must have got tired, but I am unable to sleep as I had slept to see the dream', she went towards the main window and slide the curtains. 'Let's try to see that place from here, where I saw that strange man in the forest, I am unable to see from the side window, hope I could see from here'.
'The main gate is visible from here', her eyes moved out and towards the place where she saw that strange man. 'Yes, I am able to see that place as the whole road is visible till the next cut'. She looked deep in the forests and everywhere, just if she gets to see something. She again came to the side window and stood there feeling the cold breeze. Everything was just a dilemma to her, she wanted to know the answers to her questions. She closed her eyes and tried to relax refraining her from thinking about it any more. It was like meditation. She opened her eyes and was so shocked to see the sight in her front that her whole body was taken aback. The same man whom she saw in the forest was outside the window in front of her.
"What are you?" came a sudden response of the sight
"Don't fear my child, I am not an enemy"
"Who are you then? I have seen you in the forest as well that day"
"I know and I am here because you wanted to meet me and get your answers for the questions"
"But who are you?"
"That's a long story, but you can call me, Master"
"Master but why should I call you that?"
"I told you that's a long story and you will get to know as the time passes"
"But why have I got these powers and that too, lately"
"Because you have born to fulfill a purpose when it will be time you will save the world"
"But I can only see the future in dreams, which is not of great use"
"Yes so till then you have to enhance your powers"
"But how?"
"Meditate and keep searching the truth"
"This seems so complicated"
"I know it will be difficult for you as you are new, but as the time will pass you will get more learned person, but for now just focus on yourself"
"How will I call you when I need you"
"Just like you called me now my child"
"But Master, what did I do"
"Meditate and concentrate, these are the two keys to my door"
"Master my one question is still unanswered and that is, Why do I got powers lately?"
"Aha, that is a very important question", "Not only time has come for your uprising but you and your other partner, chosen for this precious task has come very nearer to each other"
"Is there a partner also in this deed"
"Yes, one more and in this college premises only"

"I haven't met yet and will, once you have"
"But why haven't you met that person yet?"
"Because that person is not bothered about any mishappening and will not accept easily, only you could do something to get that person to be your partner in this path"
"But where is that person?"
"You have to search that yourself, nobody will help you in this, take it as the first task of your training"
"But how will I"
"OK that is a thing to think about"
He closed his eyes and fist and said some mantras in his mouth.
"Take this, this is a ring, wear it and when you will touch that person, this ring will glow with green color"
"Tell me when your search is complete without taking any action yourself"
"Please come inside otherwise anybody will see you"
"Nobody can see me, I am visible to those only whom I want to show myself, so now I think all your questions are answered"
"Yes master"
And he disappeared in the dark.
