"Milord Patriarch, we received a letter from your grandsons." Darius said leisurely.
"Are you really interrupting this meeting just for a letter?" The matriarch was obviously annoyed.
"Shut up woman, if my grandsons have something to say I will check it out. Probably want to thank their grandpa for being so lenient with their mother, haha. Let me see." As he grabbed the letter and put on his reading glasses the room went silent. Then, as he read his face became grim with a smirk. "Oh what great grandsons indeed. Haha just got here and already stirring up trouble. Haha mobilize the army and follow me." No one else knew what was in that letter, but they knew better than to delay. It's just that nobody could tell if he was upset or extremely happy as he laughed maniacally the whole way.

As we arrived, we had to update our ranking. Amen moved up to 4th while, I moved to 8th. We then received our school badges and went to check the classes. My classes were mostly on the fundamentals while Amen went more battle oriented so I sent Achilles and Sanji with him.
Since all four of us would be taking 2 classes a day our class fees would be 240 gp a month plus our monthly fees at 800 gp a month that's 1,040 gp a month. So I pay for 7 months in advance.
With everything settled we all went to our classes.
Magic Fundamentals is a course meant to break down the concept behind magic. As I entered the classroom I tried not to draw too much attention so I just found a seat. 15 minutes later the same dark skinned middle aged man from the entrance exam entered.
"Alright first off this is a lecture based class please save your questions for afterwards. Record them in your notes if you have to. Now let's jump right to it. In the beginning that which is, created everything including beings. They were created with distinct differences in them. Angels were created to monitor creation. Humans were created to lord over the earth. Beasts were created to keep the earth going and to be beautiful. Yet some of the elder beings revolted. One went against that which is and thought himself equal to him. As a result, he was banished from the land of the elder beings and on his way out he corrupted others so that they may be banished with him. Then they corrupted the world and the seed of the other races creating hybrids.

Where there once were 3 races, now stand 8. Thankfully where the human race started had an abundance of magical fruit, or else we would have been wiped out long ago. Then there are Tiers. Tiers are how we estimate magic power. Simple. For us humans our Tier goes up through killing, eating, working, and practicing. Every beginner always has the same question. If I have Tier 0 fireball or root spike, etc. why can't it evolve to Tier 1. Well also simple there's no such thing. Tier 1 skills are combinations of Tier 0 skills.
If I combine a Low Tier 0 skill root spike with mid Tier 0 skill mire. I create Tier 1 skill Mire Spike. This Ladies and gentlemen is the way humans have been allowed to survive so long. This is innovation. Also, if you are smart and have a strong will you can combine skills and use Tier 1 combos at Tier 0." It was then my mind was opened this can be good.
When class ended I finally met up with the guys. "How was Battle tactics 101?" Although I know Achilles can't participate in class until we reach classes of his Tier I still wanted him to be there to learn.
"It was great, we learned a lot just today alone." Amen said proudly.
"So was Magic fund---"

"Hello" I started.
"Hi, yes, young master I think we are under attack."
"What? What's going on?" Wow, this is the first day of the store being open and I am already under attack.
"We don't know. Before we could open up and unlock our doors, lines of soldiers formed up outside."
"Ok we are on our way."
[Call ended]
"What's going on?" Amen asked worried.
"The store is under attack let's go" No words. We all just ran.
When we arrived, we could see the soldiers trying to break in. Oh, the anger. What is the meaning of this. Forget it since they made the first move, don't blame me for being vicious. They are mostly Tier 0(45) and 1(10) with only 5 Tier 2s. I have been saving a little present.
A tiny ball of spatial distortion forms in the middle of their ranks. Right as some yells out to warn the others.

Before they can get up and reorganize we descend upon them. Consequences can be thought about later. I release all 45 treants in my dimension and Amen summons 3 huge ones. While running around with his bow.

Sanji jumps right in kicking everywhere but gets held up by a Tier 1.
Then I release all 16 sentient daggers and began to go to work. Every time I threw them root spikes would appear across the field. Then they would throw themselves back to me. Just as the 5 tier 2s come down on us Achilles holds all 5 of them. Every strike deadlier than the last.
The treants took care of all the Tier 0s so they begin to help me, Sanji, and Amen with the rest of the Tier 1s. They finally back off and Regroup. Only 5 Tier 1s and 2 Tier 2s are left.
While fighting earlier I noticed Achilles having trouble, if you can call it that more like he was being inconvenienced by the people fighting at a distance so I toss him the three regular daggers to use as well.
Just then another squad showed up for them and then another behind us as well. When we turned to look behind us. A figure with a powerful aura rode to the front. Then 2 rode up on the other side. They all took off their helms. On one side stood our Patriarch, while on the opposite side stood the butler from earlier and someone else. I am pretty sure that is more than likely the Luchi patriarch.
"Darkwood blood, indeed. You 4 did great, but leave this to grandpa now. Step to the side" We all went to stand in front of the store. "Now, Luchi I am waiting on my explanation."
