The air was heating up. We were so engrossed in the kiss. I was weirdly liking it. All I know is that I didn't want it to stop.
But then, my phone rang and it broke the moment.
I moved my hands towards the pocket to pull out my phone.
Aiden wasn't ready to let me go from his arms. His both arms wrapping me tightly.
I didn't try to break out from his embrace.
I looked at the phone screen to see my mom was calling.
She calls me almost everyday. So it was pretty normal.
I picked it up.
"Hey mum!" I said.
"You sound pretty breathless, what happened? Are you alright?
"Oh yeah! I was just cleaning up my room. Lifting up some boxes. So I got tired. I'm perfectly fine."
"Okay. I have a good news. Guess what?"
"What? Are you sending me some gifts?"
"Nope"
" Dad got promoted? Siblings topped in school? It could be anything mum? Don't create such suspense. Just tell me already!" I begged. Couldn't contain the curiosity.
"I am coming to meet you!!" she said all excited.
And my face lost all colours."
SHIT!
I went all silent.
"what happened?" Aiden whispered in my ears.
"Sweetie, you there?" spoke my mom from the other side.
"Yah! Yay! I'm so happy. When is it?"
I asked nervously.
"Tomorrow early morning." said my mom.
My ass cracked up.
"Uh..huh. okay. Cool." I laughed nervously.
"Okay, see you soon baby". She said and ended the call.
I was about to drop the phone.
Aiden put his hand on my shoulder.
"What is the matter, just tell me. I am worried." he said.
I looked in his eyes and said
"My mom is coming tomorrow Aiden. To our house. Most probably dad will come too. She will stay. I don't know for how long.
She doesn't know I live with a guy.
She will kill me, Aiden." I said.
I felt bad for hiding this with my mum.
I never hid anything from her before this. But it was just so hard to find a home here. Wherever I went it was either already purchased or too bad to even put a foot in.
This was my only and the most amazing offer ever.
How do I explain mum?
She would obviously think I'm in a live in relationship with a guy and told nothing to her.
"Oh babe, is it such a trivial matter that you are getting worried about?" said Aiden.
"Its simple. You live here with my mum. I can manage to stay somewhere until she goes. Don't worry."
"How will you find a place to stay, Aiden? Stop talking foolish only because you want to help me.
You are going nowhere!
Its my fault. I didn't tell my mom. You don't have to leave your own house for me."
"I have a place to stay. Its not a problem. I promise.
I'll go pack up."
"Aiden, but where?
I held his hands when he was leaving to stop him.
It is such a short span of time. It is 10pm already and she is coming in the morning.
Why couldn't she tell me earlier.
I'll manage. I'll tell her. You just stay in your room. You don't have to go."
Aiden wrapped me in his arms again and said
"Oh babe, I understand you don't want me to leave, but its alright. I promise I have a better place to live.
But don't think, you are a free bird. I won't leave you so soon.
And he kissed me again"
Man! I was loving kisses from him.
He was dominant but tender.
He irritated me but took care of me.
He teased me but was soo sweet to me.
He pulled away and moved towards his room.
I didn't want to stop kissing but I couldn't show. Not yet.
