After comfortably sleeping inside my new room at the Moonlight Inn, I finally woke up.
I moved to the corner of the bed and looked outside the window, It was still dark, there is no sign that the sun will rise up yet.
I then looked at the room I'm in. It was quite spacious. There's not much stuff inside, there was only a table, a chair, and the bed I'm sitting at.
Now that my mind is clear and I know now for sure that I was transported to another world, this world, I feel dejected. I thought I already accepted the fact that I died and was revived here, but I feel like I still have lingering feelings left to my original world. To be more specific, my family.
They are the only ones I feel connected to that world. I really loved them.
My mother, who was always supportive and caring even though I'm like this, she still treated me nicely and still cared for me.
My father, who was really strict and can easily get angry, taught me the value of things. I learned many things from my father, like discipline, respect, and strength.
And my siblings, I enjoyed the time I had with them.
Now that I think about it, even though I'm an otaku and a bit of a hikikomori, I'm still a family man.
I pictured us eating together happily at our old house.
Everyone is Smiling, except for my father. While my mother is still serving us more food. It was really fun. I want to go back to those days.
[ ... ] before I can notice it, I was already crying.
Small droplets of tears are already flowing through my face.
I haven't realized that I loved them this much till now. I guess the saying " You will only find the value of things after you lose it" is true.
[ Haha... ] I covered my eyes with my hands while smiling bitterly.
I wonder if they even cried a little when I died...

Now that I died in that world, I just hope that my siblings won't abandon our mother. If I remember correctly, taking care of my mother was a task given to us by my father just before he died.
But like what I said, I'm already dead. There's nothing I can do right now but to live my life here instead. I need to move on, and forget my lingering past.
Well, I said forget, but there's no way I will forget what my family did for me, and all the things they taught me.
Wiping my face, I became more determined to live a satisfying life in this world, I also bet that that's what my parents will also want me to do.
I looked at the window again, the sun is now rising.
I put my smelly clothes on, and walk towards the door. I then I opened it.
Warm air flew over me.
[ Yahoooo!!!! ] I shouted.
The sun is looking so beautiful as the sunlight hit my face.
This day is the start of my new life in this world.

I walked down the stairs while yawning, and saw Bretta who's cleaning the tables. I guess she and her mother are preparing for breakfast.
[ Good morning bretta-chan. Are you preparing for breakfast? ]
[ Un! you're early onii-san, the others might come down soon too. ]
The others? oh, does she mean the people who are also staying at this inn?
I wonder what my neighbors would look like...
I sat down at one of the chairs then lay my arms at the table.
[ ... ]
While waiting, I saw the silhouette of some kind of a large guy walking down the stairs.
I felt the ground shook with each of his steps towards here.
And not a second later -
[ wo-woah...! ] I exclaimed in surprise.
The guy who went down can be compared to Jacked Jack-san.
I stood up, surprised.
Without even measuring his height, I can already guess he's about 7ft tall. And not only his height is scary, even his body is. You can see his muscles bulging from his clothes everytime he moves. One look and you can imagine him beating a bear on a 1 v 1 fight.
I look at his face, there's a large scar on it which only adds to his intimidating looks.
He's super scary that I wouldn't even dare to try to talk to him. He looks like Hulk with chest hair.
[ Oi, you're already up Yugo-san? ] Bretta-chan casually said while still smiling.
Oi! oi! Bretta-chan! that's dangerous!
[ yes, Bretta-chan, I wanted to see if our newcomer is good-looking. ] He replied in a very deep and scary voice.
I turned pale.
I know where this is going.
[ I don't want to die a second time... ] I muttered very quietly to my self.
I tried to quietly sneak back to the direction of the stairs.
[ oh? onii-san already came down, wait... where is he? ] Bretta-chan muttered.
I need to get out of here fast...!
[ oh! there he is! ...what are you doing onii-san? ] Bretta-chan tilted her head sideways. She didn't even try to read the mood.

[ uhh... yes, I forgot something in my room, so... ] I said while still trying to walk towards the corner of the room.
[ is he the new guy, Bretta-chan? ]

Before I could finally put one of my foot on the stairs -

He's super scary, that I got no other choice but to follow him. If I continue to go upstairs I might be considered rude and he might try to kill me...

Suddenly, out of nowhere, a very quiet and chilling voice whispered those words at me.
I felt a chilling presence behind me.
[ A... a zombie...! ] I whispered to myself quietly.
The chill turns into shocked, and I only manage to stop my self from shouting those words out loud.
[ hey, that's rude you know? ] Yugo-san said.
[ .... ]
[ onii-san... that was rude. ] Bretta followed.
[ .... ]
[ I didn't expect you to be so rude Haruto-kun... ] Marinda-san said from the kitchen.
[ .... ]
[ That was just so rude! ] another voice came from upstairs.

I don't know how they manage to hear that... I was sure I whispered those words very quietly...
[ [ [ .... ] ] ] Silence fell.
[ Uh-hmm! ] the zombie then faked a cough to break the silence.
