Synopsis
Jeanette was a NEET, trying her best to get by in life and get some gas and candy. Instead she got shot by a robber when picking out a candy bar, now she's a rich NEET in a novel she read once with her name in it. Jeanette: Being in the Top thousand Players list is good enough. System Zero: No, you must be Number One, you must have the most rich and strongest base in the game. Don't worry, the game is only six months old, we just need to get 128 levels and our base to 36. Jeanette:...That's a lot of work. Well then, I will get a steady job as a librarian then! I already have a house, so at least I will be successful in real- One: Hehehe, no can do, you must run a company that everyone knows of. Jeanette:...but I was just going to be a art major in my first life! I know nothing about business! What are stocks? What do you do in meetings?! How do you close a deal?! HOW DO YOU TALK TO PEOPLE?!?! •|• The first of their kind, they must prove to their Lord System that they are worthy of continuing. Their first host was extremely lacking what it takes to make it to the top. Ambition, smarts, charisma to name a few. (Host:...ouch, a flamethrower would be nicer.) Instead of working behind the scenes like the others, they must live and work side by side with their host. Now in control of human bodies, they will learn what it is like to be a human and all of its ups and downs.

Chapter 1 - Dying IRL Has No Retry Button

Jeanette didn't spend much time outside even before the virus, she spent most of her days reading webnovels, comics, playing games and listening to music. She also took care of her grandmother, until she passed away while sleeping a couple years ago. After that, she never left the house unless she had to stock up.

One day with her mask on and her old giant painted bag on, she left for the gas station ten minutes away. When she got there, everything was fine and dandy, nothing out of the ordinary. She nodded at the cashier, waved at a familiar man, a friend of her mom's. He's a nice dude. Looking at the candy bars, she couldn't decide if she wanted regular chocolate or dark.

"No one make a move!" Jeanette froze, what? The door got slammed shut, hitting the bell above it harshly. She didn't dare move from her squatting position, only holding onto the shelf in front of her. "Put the cash in! Put the fucking cash in the bag!"

"Start working on the ATM!" Another voice yelled, sounding muffled. Three, there were three people robbing the store, Jeanette thought. One at the counter, one near the door and the other...the other was at the ATM next to her.

She turned her head slowly and filled with fear. It was a guy, he was doing something. She was guessing he was unlocking the ATM to get to the money. But she knew him, she knew that tattoo of a J.E.P. on his hand. It was her initials, she had a matching one that she hasn't been able to cover yet, C.C.M., she knew who he was.

"C-Cameron?" She blurted out, because it can't be him. It can't, he never wanted to be a lowlife like his father. He had plans, they had plans before he got dragged to Idaho by his mother. He was supposed to be in Idaho, not in Washington state.

He turned towards her, his brown eyes wide with fear. Jeanette didn't even feel the gunshot to her head. When she died, it wasn't trying to be a hero, it wasn't her struggling to live. It was just her saying the name of the boy she loved back in highschool before she even fully understood what love was. She wished she wasn't a idiot.

She wished and regretted so many missed paths she could have taken while she floated in a space filled with stars. There were many things she would redo if she had a chance. Go to college, not use the excuse of taking care of her grandmother, fight harder for the custody of her little cousin. Hell, even keep in contact with her family more.

Unfortunately, this is not a Second Chance Novel. Instead it was a Reincarnation one with little systems called Zero and One. There's no Restart for her.

She stared at the [New Life] button, before slowly reaching out and pushing it. Vowing to do more with her next life, even if it was just getting a job at a Library, so she could sort books for fun. She liked sorting stuff, she should have thought of that before she died. It would have been the perfect job for her, nice and quiet work.

Zero paid little attention to his partner as he searched through the list of worlds that their host is compatible with. Surprisingly almost all of them were filled with crime, horror and generally world ending themed. He didn't think that a lazy Host like theirs would make it pass the first month.

In the end, he got a Gaming world, a entertainment world and a VR-MMORPG. Testing her soul with the bodies of those world, he wasn't surprised that she was only fit to take over extras or small time villains. When one of them had her name, it showed to be a second generation rich woman, still a teen at the age of nineteen.

Going over her history, he realized that this small villain was perfect for her. It had her first name, she had money from her late uncle and had shares in his company. A giant chunk of it too with 42 percent, but like his host, she was lazy and didn't take advantage of it.

He sighed quietly, before deciding that his host wasn't stupid enough, not to take the chance of running a company already made. He booked the universe, officially blocking off any chance of another World soul entering it now. One started the preparations for their host to take over their chosen world.

While Zero started to make room for their bodies, making sure no one will be able to tell that they don't belong. One as a orphan and Zero as a young master whose parents died, he made sure that their history would cross with the host's new body now and then. Then they would seemingly become friends a few weeks before her entrance into the world.

One had already prepared their bodies to their liking, everything is going well.

Jeanette woke up in a muscular body, it was beautiful, but that's not the point. Jeanette was lighter skinned and chubby, borderline fat, she was very self aware of her body. She took the bare minimum of care for the appearance, brushed her teeth, showered and had three different things for skin care. She was at best a seven when she dressed her best and did her makeup. Even that might be too kind of a rating.

This body was a Amazon, tall, buff and tanned. She was the kind of a girl that would have Jeanette stuttering and blushing in a few seconds of being in her presence. When she found a mirror, Jeanette felt even more flustered at the bright blue eyes staring back at her. She mourned the fact that she couldn't have met her in her lifetime.

"You wouldn't have liked her, you didn't when you read 'Goddess Player Takes CEO's Heart'. "

"She did at first, until Jeanette Calter showed her true colors."

She stared blankly at the mirror, slowly registering the two male voices she heard in her head. That wasn't normal. Hearing voices is not a good sign, let's just ignore them. That's a swell idea, fantastic plan you got there, Jean. She grabbed the toothbrush and paste, she just woke up, this is normal.

"We are your Systems, hearing our voices is normal."

"He's right, you know? Didn't you read about us?"

"Wait, systems? Why do I have two?! That's not normal at all!!"
