The huge explosion swallowed everything, but as the light dimmed down, two figures still managed to stand inside the explosion.
They were the Holy God and the Palm God. The Holy God erected a protective barrier that could withstand his own Light Element Explosion, so it was great.
He dropped on his butt and floated around lazily while saying, "Huft. I don't think I will live that long anymore."
"I'm still perplexed by your actions. Sacrificing your lifespan to send the energy to me?" The Palm God narrowed his eyes, wondering if he had any intention. He told him there was a reason earlier, but he couldn't find one in his memory.
The Holy God scratched the back of his head and said, "Well, it's not that I don't trust the Spirit God, but I think you can still help him in one strike or another by using all your remaining power. Or you can help someone in distress. Actually, I have someone that fits that criteria."
