"Let me explain the rule for you. As you might already know, the competition is only for those who are under 25 years old. Because there are too many participants this year with a total of 1430 participants, we will have a preliminary round to decrease their numbers. We will decrease the number to 128 participants. We will separate them into four blocks, A, B, C, and D. There will be a battle royal for more than three hundred participants in each block. That means we will choose 32 people from each block. Participants can use any weapon they like but no killing. You will be disqualified if you kill other participants.
The next round will be a one-on-one fight. You won't get an opponent from the same block. In other words, if you are from A block, you will fight one participant from B, C, or D block. Let us give a round of applause for the fighters who will compete today!"
