Itachi woke up the next morning and began training silently, as if he was a mud Buddha.
Jasmine silently watched him, pondering what was going on, and why Itachi had become so withdrawn.
Itachi himself knew that it was because now that he had a chance to possibly see his brother again, having not actually died, he would seize every opportunity.
He knew he would need to reach the peak of power within this world before he would have any opportunity to return to his old world, however it would be possible, if that unknown divine being could take Itachi's soul from his old world to this one.
Itachi resolved himself to complete his goal, having truly gained control of his new body, he was now set on the path to supremacy, with the aim to return to his old world in mind.
Having these thoughts, Itachi knew that staying within the Burning Heaven clan wouldn't help him anymore, since he would receive unnecessary duties and roles, such as the Blue Wind Ranking Tournament.
Previously, he felt as if that would be an important thing for him to go to, but now Itachi possessed much more confidence in his own strength, not needing the validation of people who he would inevitably surpass to make himself feel self assured.
Also, at heart Itachi abhorred fighting and would only do it when necessary, not just for the sake of it in a tournament with no real stakes such as the Blue Wind Ranking Tournament.
"Although I am weak now in terms of cultivation base, I possess my sharingan abilities, as well as the power of the Evil God's profound veins. I think it is time for me to go out and journey around this land, and find out more about where I am, and possible ways to increase my cultivation faster."
Itachi without hesitation stood up and left his residence.
He immediately went to Fen Moran's living quarters, and without hesitation used {{Kotoamatsukami}} on him, causing him to instantly agree to let Itachi leave and discard the name of 'Fen', for 'safety' purposes as Itachi had phrased it, and to explore the land instead of participate in the upcoming Blue Wind Ranking Tournament.
Having performed this action, Itachi promptly left the Burning Heaven clan, simply walking out the entrance, and heading out on his journey.
Before he had completely taken control, Yun Che's memories still influenced him to a certain degree, such that a tournament like the Blue Wind Ranking Tournament caused him to be excited and felt as if there was an incredible opportunity to make his name known there, and possibly gain rewards.
However, now looking at it completely unbiased, Itachi realised that it was ignorant to participate in a tournament for the sake of it, simply exposing one's abilities before others who may covet them, as the unfortunate Fen Jing had.
Itachi felt that it was laughable he had nearly participated in that tournament for no real reason.
And so Itachi began his journey out into the rest of the Blue Wind empire and beyond!
Meanwhile, within the Burning Heaven clan, after a few days had passed, the group of people who were meant to be participating in the Blue Wind Ranking Tournament, came together.
Fen Juebi who was meant to be participating was currently heavily injured so couldn't, and much to everyone's shock, the genius Fen Itachi, had been allowed to leave and journey instead of participating in the competition, with his adoptive father Fen Moran's approval!
Not only were the youths flabbergasted by this, so were the elders, many bristling with anger at Itachi and Fen Moran, Itachi for injuring Fen Juebi and then not participating, and Fen Moran for being stupid enough to allow him to leave.
However, Fen Moran himself didn't know that he had merely been played by his so called son, Itachi, who was now untraceable within the Blue Wind empire, by the Burning Heaven clan anyway, due to his sharingan abilities, as well as incredible intelligence.
Itachi's first order of business was to head towards the Ten Thousand Beast Mountain Range, because his body felt a strange calling in that direction, coming mainly from the nine soul containment points of the {{Nine Bestial Devil Dao}} technique, as if there was something which attracted his body there.
Itachi surmised that it was likely to be something in the Ten Thousand Beast Mountain Range, a possible powerful remnant beast soul, that attracted him, due to it being the nine soul containment points which were currently unfilled, which were attracted.
Itachi began his journey towards the Ten Thousand Beast Mountain Range, which was not too far from the Burning Heaven clan, considering Itachi's speed
By the time that the Burning Heaven clan members had gathered together to go to the Blue Wind Ranking Tournament, Itachi was already arriving at the Ten Thousand Beast Mountain Range, having taken only 4 days to arrive there, travelling at breakneck speeds, only stopping once throughout to sleep.
Itachi himself though didn't appear tired or fatigued, instead entering the Ten Thousand Beast Mountain Range instantly, without rest.
Even Jasmine was shocked by the sudden determination that had appeared within Itachi out of no where.
Itachi felt the calling stronger than ever, and he decided to power through and head towards the depths of the Ten Thousand Beast Mountain Range, which was where he felt that strange pulling sensation from.
Like a ravenous beast, Itachi rapidly ran through the forests of the mountain range, completely ignoring any and all beasts he came across, regardless of whether they tried to attack him or not.
Finally, Itachi came across a large barrier, and behind this barrier there was a small village.
He could sense that the pulling sensation he sensed was from behind this barrier.
Despite how fast he had travelled here, Itachi was still completely calm, he just wanted to seize any and all opportunity to increase his power, having seemingly become a training maniac overnight, devoted fully to the path of power.
This transformation puzzled Jasmine to no extent, as before he had been dedicated, but now he was like an absolute fiend, who only cared about training, cold and aloof in all other situations.
Itachi, with that same placid and aloof look on his face, passed through the barrier around this small village, intent on finding the source of the call he felt.
