Fang Nanyuan only joined in because she saw Yun Xiangxiang stuck between the two giants which were Xue Yu and Lu Jin.
He didn't want Yun Xiangxiang to be stuck between a rock and a hard place, and he was worried someone would cook up nasty stories if they saw this. It was too obvious that Lu Jin and Xue Yu were fighting over a girl.
Those who were in the loop knew they were vying for Yun Xiangxiang's attention because they couldn't stand each other. That would not be the case for the media outlets who craved traffic.
