Hayoung had enough of that woman's nonsense and was about to turn his horse around. But the woman was walking beside him, not caring about his annoyance.
"Yer wife is in danger," she warned. "Yeh should be with 'er."
"I'm where I should be," he stated.
"Bu' not where you wan' to be."
The old woman could see right through him. Hayoung did not want to admit to her that she was right about him but she knew what he was thinking. She was not going to give up persuading him.
"Yeh need to fight fate," she remarked. "Yer fate may lie with someone else. But fate aren' always right. An' yer gonna suffer fo' the rest of yer life if yeh listen to fate."
