"She needs a sacrifice," Choi said.
"I will find one tomorrow," Hayoung said at once.
"I have already chosen one," Choi shrugged. "It's the daughter of Councilor Ahn Hyunseng."
"Ahn Hyunseng?" Hayoung frowned. "Will he not create a ruckus when his daughter goes missing?"
"Well," Choi said. "This girl was sired by him and one of his maids. The girl was hidden away from the public eye otherwise it would have been a scandal. So I offered to get rid of her for him and he agreed without any hesitation. The girl is to be brought here. She has been informed that she was to be married off within seven days whereas we will be preparing her for the ritual."
Choi turned to Hayoung and added, "I will put you in charge of keeping an eye on her. Make sure she does not find out and keep her contained here at all times. Understood?"
Hayoung bowed and replied, "Yes sire. I will keep an eye on her."
