Semin was screaming wildly as the light was engulfing her. The block was still rotating, making her dizzier by the second.
"Stop this!" she begged but there was a sadistic smile on Jiyoon's lips as she enjoyed every bit of the girl's suffering. Within a few seconds, she would become a full member of the Black Rose. Fame, success and power would stalk her. She would once again become the topstar of the country while the legions of fans would never leave her side.
"Three…" she counted. "Two…"
The light was getting brighter and brighter. Semin was blinded by it, her heart about to be ripped off from her chest.
"One…"
The lights exploded all around them. Jiyoon watched, her eyes reflecting the white light as she beamed in joy. Her sacrifice was complete. The powers of heaven and fate were bestowed upon her with this girl's sacrifice and now, it was her time to shine.
