Jinhyun opened his eyes and jolted up. He had fallen asleep in his office and saw another one of his dreams. As usual, except for Seyoung, he could not see the other person clearly in his dreams but he heard a familiar name. Wang Kai.
Wang...that person must be related to Shina. Seyoung was trying to tell him something again and it seemed like a large chunk of his cryptic past was linked to this person. He dimly remembered one of his earlier dreams where Shina was crying over a man's corpse. Was Wang Kai her father? Did Seyoung really kill him?
So many questions and yet no answer to any of them. It was starting to frustrate him that his past counterpart refused to tell him the whole truth but was rather showing him everything in bits and pieces. How was he going to solve the puzzle?
"Why is everything so messed up?" he complained out loud.
"What's so messed up?"
