If there was any sort of shock or reaction within Yoona, she managed to conceal it very well. Suyeon was much more neat and better groomed than the last time she had seen him. He was almost unrecognizable from the shabby detective she had met at the hospital. Some of the female trainees were eyeing him with admiration. There was no dearth of good looking trainees among them but Suyeon seemed to have a natural charisma which was attracting them.
But Yoona was inwardly fuming. Why was the detective there? What did he want?
"Unnie…" Semin whispered in her ears. "Isn't he…?"
"Let's talk later," Yoona muttered back. Semin was also suspicious of the detective. Why was he entering as a trainee?
"Now I'll let you all resume your practice!" Jinhyun exclaimed. "I need to return to work. I'll leave Suyeon in Ms. Kaya's capable hands."
He bowed at Kaya and turned to leave. He exchanged a nod and exited the room.
