The noise makes Mikayla unable to sleep. He wakes up from the bed. Turns his head around but he can't find the source of the noise. Except for a bed in the middle all the place is white. Nothing.
"The noise is like a tv end transmission. But where is the tv? Tv..tv."
Mikayla walks aimlessly inside the white space. He searching for the tv. The noise is getting clearer. Mikayla feels like someone is calling him.
"Who is it?" Mikayla is very confused. Then, he heard a familiar voice.
"Master! Wake up! You're...."
"Spell"
"Masterrrr!... wake..."
Amory in the cage can feel that he can communicate with Mikayla. This relieves him a lot. If Mikayla unable to escape then their world existence will be in danger. [Master, you are stronger than you thought please break the spell! I'm counting on you.]
"Tv... where is it?"
Amory heard Mikayla's voice. [Tv? Why is he searching for it?]
"For what?" Amory asked Mikayla hoped that he can hear it.
Mikayla able to hear Amory's voice but he didn't recognise who is it. His mind is blur unable to comprehend who is he talking to.
"To close it. Very noisy."
Amory catches what Mikayla meant by the noise. He sees two wolves are howling near Mikayla trying to wake him up. That woman sure is confident allowed the wolves to howl as a charity. Thinking master unable to hear it. You wrong woman.
"No need to search just wish it and the tv will appear."
"Wish it? How?"
"Say that I want the tv to appear in front of me."
Mikayla follows Amory instruction and a tv appears in front of it. The tv shows a blurry picture. Mikayla feels like he knew that picture. The noise sounds like a cry. {Red? Fur? What is that?]
Outside, Mikayla's eyes shine a bit, his movement halted. The human in the middle smirk. She waves her hand once again to gain control.
"I'm surprised that he was able to resist. Look like your master is quite good fire spirit but it would not be long until you will be ownerless. After he finishes skinning the fur, I'll make him kill himself."
"In your dream! Ptui!"
Inside Mikayla's subconscious the tv suddenly shut down and he feels sleepy. He suddenly on a bed and slowly falling asleep but his mind keeps thinking about the red fluid and the fur. He feels bad about it. He has done something bad.
Once again he hears the noise and he jolted up from the bed. He can see it. In front of him is a big screen where he can see that he is skinning the wolf. The noise is the howling from the wolf beside him. He turns his head to the left. His body shaking.
Seeing the wolf on the left and the wolf on his arm, he let out a loud and piercing scream. He remembers now. How he has killed the ghoul and how he has killed the wolf and skin its fur.
The humans shocked when they heard the scream. Amory is jumping with happiness inside the cage.
"Master! I'm here." Mikayla sees him and called "Amory! come here." After that, Amory directly appears on Mikayla's shoulder.
"How? That boy didn't have the ability to help you."
Amory didn't talk, he just sits on Mikayla's shoulder like it was natural things for him to do.
Mikayla stands up and put the lifeless wolf in front of the female wolf. Then, he turns his head to see the battlefield. Mikayla clenches his hands seeing the blank eyes of the night creatures.
"Enjoy the show?" The human in the middle taunts Mikayla. The human on the left and right smirk at Mikayla.
"Impressive! To be able to resist our big sister spell. You have a strong soul force for a small magician."
"Big sister, if we can absorb his soul our magic power will increase."
"Yes...yes, big sister can you give him to us?"
Hearing those human words, Mikayla laugh. They sure are bold discussing it in front of him. Right now, he has a heated discussion with Amory on how to break the spell on the others. He just a Grade D magician, he nowhere near their level but using Amory suggestion they might able to awaken a few wolves.
Amory float in front of Mikayla and Mikayla's palms is under the floating Amory. He starts channelling his magic power and spells at Amory. Amory takes a deep breath and screams out loud. This scream is the sound waves that are the speciality of The Wing Tribe, with Amory helping to enhance the spell a "pop" sound can be heard from the night creatures body like popcorn in the oven. That sound is the seed that resides inside the wolves and this making the wolves regain the control of their body.
Amory takes a second breath and screams for a second time. This time a broken glass sound can be heard. This second scream shatters the soul bind on them. About ten wolves manage to wake up from the soul spell by the scream.
The wolves start to regain their lucidity. At the moment they join Mikayla by howling. With additional help, most of the night creatures start to awake. The awaken wolves howling together. The howling is loud and imbued with magical power jolted all the souls that heard it.
Mikayla is panting, the spell channelling is very tiring to him. Seeing that others are alright he planned to escape. The humans that sit on the flower petals are frustrated. Their precious fur clothes on winter already escaped. The human on the middle tries to control the night creatures but the wolves didn't stop howling during their run. It interferes the soul spell.
Seeing that she can't control the night creatures he forehead frown. She stands on the petal and takes out a bag of a small flower. She throws it in the air and uses her magic power to spread the sweet smell of the flowers. Before this, she takes advantages of her sisters to spell to regain sole control of the night creature.
Now she will show her might towards the night creatures, the sweet smell makes it ways towards the running night creatures. They start losing their mind once again. Mikayla also smells the flower but even though he didn't breath it is like the smell enters his body by itself. Amory struggle because of the smell.
Mikayla starts to feel angry. This human didn't know when to stop. Seeing the wolves stopped running to resist the control. He really wants to shred that woman. She wants to control us again. Dream on!
