The next day.
S.E.A Aquarium.
"Alright, you all have 2 hours to enjoy the marine life before we gather back here." Luna gives her last instruction before she watches them enter the Aquarium's entrance.
Just when she wants to turn around, once again, she almost jumps because of the surprise. He..once again standing right behind her.
"Aren't you going in too?" Raymond asked when Luna seems like she wants to go the other way.
"Uh...I already often going inside, you should go and enjoy the view too." Luna pursed a smile and walk to the closest bench followed by Raymond behind her.
"But, I don't know them. I think I'll just wait here with you." He shamelessly replies and sits down on the bench beside her.
Luna looked at him with scrunching eyebrows, "But it'd be wasted your ticket if you don't go inside."
"..." Raymond did not reply as he casually took out his phone and focus on the screen, checking his email content.
Luna feels uncomfortable with sitting like this, just the two of them on the same bench. She really had no other choices except for her to going inside or leave this place and comes back when they're done. After careful thinking, Luna sighs a bit.
"Hmm...I gonna go inside." She stands up and leaves him on the bench. But only for a moment before he also stands up and following her from behind.
All along the way inside is quite dimmed, so it's easy to hide her expression from him, she thought. Both of them walk side by side silently and enjoy the aquarium view without having many conversations.
Fifteen minutes later, they stop at the huge cylinder aquarium tank. There are so many aquatic animals inside the aquarium, swimming beautifully inside. Luna's a bit mesmerized with the view, no matter how many times she comes here, she always finds it mesmerizing and awe-struck by it.
In the dim light, Raymond stares at her face before he asked her. "Have you been to the aquarium in the USA before?"
"Hm?" She averts her eyes to the man for only a few seconds before she looks back at the aquarium tank.
"Yeah. Once. Georgia Aquarium. It was a date."
Raymond look at the same direction as her, "Date in the Aquarium..it must be a nice experience."
Luna smirked. "No, he didn't come."
Raymond startled a bit. He then looks at her again. "He didn't come?"
"No. He didn't. We didn't meet after that for about three months before I finally hear about his news from my friend."
"He didn't even contact you in those three months?"
Luna nod. "Do you know, the best way to hurt someone is.." She stares right at his eyes before she continues "breaking the promise they made." Luna purse a faint smile at him.
Raymond stared at her eyes with a complex of emotion surged into his mind, her eyes look sad, but there's also a bit of hatred hint inside it, and she somehow…
Sucking a big breath, she then continues again, "But, then I broke up with him. So, unfortunate to me, because he seems like he did not remember about the promise he made with me that day." Luna turns around and starts walking to another section.
Raymond was dumbfounded for a moment before he continues to follow Luna from behind. They did not speak after that until they went to the next destination.
….
Beep!
Luna look at her phone. It was a message from Brian, he notifies her that he will pick her up at the hotel's lobby after work, today.
Yes, she promised him to visit his wife today. Luna then calls one of the deliverymen who she knows and always used his service to run an errand for her. She orders a bouquet of flowers to be sent at the receptionist hotel counter before she went back with the tourist group to the hotel.
Just as she arrived at the hotel's lobby in the evening, the flower has been kept by the hotel's front desk worker.
After giving some briefing for tomorrow's schedule, Luna smiled at them and went to the receptionist counter after that.
"Hi, is my flower already arrive?" She asked the lady behind the counter.
"Ah~ Luna.." The lady smiling at her while took the bouquet and handed it to her. "Is today your anniversary or any special day?"
Luna giggling, "Nah. But, this is for someone I admire." She took the bouquet and wave to the girl.
As she passed by the lobby, Brian's car already awaits at the pavement and Raymond could only see her run to the pavement with a happy face, carrying a big flower bouquet.
He saw her open the car and there's someone inside the car. Probably her friend, her family or..maybe her husband? 'But, she's…my Luna, isn't she?'
'But, I didn't have any memory about the aquarium things and…I..don't think I break my promise to her yet..wait a sec! Did I ever make a promise to her? But, why…why did she look like she was hurt? Did I do something bad to her? Is she…really, my Luna?'
…
Cemetery ground,
Luna bends down and puts the flower bouquet in front of the tombstone with an engraved name on it. There's also another flower bouquet in front of the tombstone. Probably from her family.
"Hi, Lisa. It's been a while since last I visited you. I'm sorry, it seems like I always coming here with your husband. But, worry not..there's nothing between us."
"I come to report about your daughter. She's grown up pretty much like you. You know, last month she tells me that she had a crush on this one boy. Pftt..could you believe it? A four-year-old girl telling me about a crush..so, I went to her kindergarten like usual to pick her up and she shows me the boy that she had a crush on..guess what? The boy…just looks like your husband. I guess, she had the same taste as you too, I guess." Luna giggles a bit before Brian clearing his throat a little. A bit blushed.
"Hey, Lisa..like previous years, I promise I will watch over your daughter, I will make sure that she got a loves that she deserves, you rest in peace and..happy birthday."
Luna stands up and pats on Brian's shoulder before she leaves him alone with his wife. Its been a while since the last time he visits her, he probably has so many stories that he wants to tell her.
She never met Lisa when she was still alive, but..she admires her. She's a strong woman who deserves all love from Brian and Lily. She's a lucky angel.
