Ray woken up early in the morning and had made preperation for metting with the magic council. They had set the meeting to know whether or not Ray was going to accept the position as a wizard saint . He didn't really wanted the title but it did come with benefits especially insurance they provide they are very tempting .
Ray sighed and went outside he decided to use train as it was enjoyable because lately he had been flying around very much and become bored of it. while he bordered the train thinking about future especially when the Phantom guild attack fairy tail. Ray had decided to prevent it from happening it all may seem funny in anime but Ray had seen many died and didn't want to take chance and raise a guild war with chance of many dying.
While thinking of such thing he noticed a certain red head girl who looks lost , although she is not wearing her usual clothless outfit he still remembers the women infont of him was "The Queen of Dragons". He was stunned seeing her here judging by her casual cloths he know that she is trying to hide her identity. Ray was in a huge problem he didn't know whether to attack her or ignore her although fighting her won't be easy the main problem will be the after effects of the fight.
"God why hell is she here years before the plot what kind of butterfly affect is this ... Wait erza also had different affect was both thes mom and daughter duo had butterfly curse " Ray start to think more about mother and daughter duo until he heard a noise
" excuse me is there something on my face ??? " Came an annoyed female voice
Ray who came out of his thoughts did not notice he was staring at her for quite some time.
"Sorry about that you seem lost i was thinking about helping you but you were beautiful so it was kind of hard to approach you" Ray spoken with his usual charismatic smile
Hearing his praise Irene almost blushed but composed her self "aren't you young to flirt with me boy ... you should go after some one your age " said Irene with a smirk not feeling bad about getting hit by young handsome guy .
Ray lips twitched while being called a boy but decided to ignore it. " sorry about that, do you need any help ??"
"Yeah can you tell which train to reach Magnolia i herad
abou it and wanted to visit the city." Irene said with a smile.
"ohh take that train you don't have to be worried about missing the station. That train specially for Magnolia and and is the last stop and if you're not busy we could have a tea before you go" Ray said with a smile
"well thak you boy , it's kind of you and i would have stayed and have tea but i am in a hurry maybe we can meet again in the future." Irene Sayed with a smirk while thinkin " Poor boy thought he have an chance with me, still he was good looking if i had more time next time I would give him a chance"
"well to bad , maybe we can have another chance in the future" Ray said with a sad smile
"sure we can have in future, by the way my name is Irene"seeing the smile Irene also become guilty about it and tried to cheer him up
"sure let's do...." Ray said with a cheerd up smile while inwardly was smirking.. " I wonder how long before she realise I send her in the wrong train, if it goes according to my plan she will reach the next country"
With that both of them part ways Irene was happy seeing a good person and Ray was holding himself from laughing at her.

Ray was standing infront of the council building . It was the first time he had visited here but he
"Who are you? what is your business here ? ". a guard asked Ray who was standing in front of the gate
Ray didn't say anything just handed him the summons to the guard. The guard looked at the papper and nodded after few minutes Ray was infront of the council room. He enters the room and find the council member seated in higher position
"Ray dregar you have proved your self worthy by discovering and taking down a branch of tartarus guild
and taking down two of their assilants " A council member kept on going on and about my heroic deeds which half of them was bull shit mainly about cannon.
Ray mean while was observing everyone in the council until he sees a blue haired boy who was sitting there with an arrogant smirk on his face.

"hoo this is the thunder flash he looks like a brute without brains and look at him smiling like an idiot, he will be an excellent puppet for my plans ,
well he is makroves grandson his eyes have the kind foolishness of his grandfather Makrov than his father , I can use it to my advantage " Jellal thought at the foolish boy smiling like an idiot at him un-aware of his true meaning of that smile

While Ray was holding back his feeling the moment he saw his smirk " God I want to rip that bastard in half and feed him to the dogs, That bastard the only thing that is preventing is the f---ng plot . If he keeps that smirk on his face anymore I am gonna cut his screen time by 5 seasons.
