* MITSURU FUKUYAMA *
*sigh*.... Why did it have to come to this?... Welcome back, Mitsuru. This is your home... It looks like something that came out from a horror movie!... I really don't want to go in...
I'm already too afraid of climbing up these three steps!
This house is very old but it's not mine, I've only rented the top portion of it. It was the only cheap place I could get...
I had to pack my things at the very last minute, I don't know what I have or what I've left behind, but I do know one thing... I left that diary behind... I'm sick of reading it. Reading that was regretful!
Now... how do I get up these stairs?... with this suitcase...
One step. It's firm, good.... 2nd step. I carefully lift up the bag below, and place it on the doorstep. The hard part's done. Now the final step. CRASH! "Argh.... DAMN IT!!" I fell through the wooden step.
*SAYURI SCHREIBER *
"Wow! Thank you so much for having me stay here!... But, where is everyone?" I look around at the apartment home and there was no one in sight, well except Yusari... It can't be possible for Yusari to live alone in here, it's fairly big; a family sized apartment.
"My parents are at the hospital." Yusari answered calmly, as she brought her laguage inside.
"Oh... Wait-what?! Are they ok?"
"Don't worry... my dad has cancer and mom visits him almost everyday."
I feel bad for her... She has to go through that everyday, coming home without her parents here to greet her is pretty sad...
Yusari showed me around and offered me a whole room to myself. I really couldn't accept it. But, apparently, this room belonged to her older brother. I was surprised that she mentioned that, because she never mentioned him before... There really is alot of things I don't know about Yusari...
*HASHIBA MAEHARA *
"I've been gone for two months! At least show your older brother some respect!" I yelled at a miniature version of me.
"I don't give a crap! It's your fault you ended up there, anyway!" He shouted back while playing on my console.
"But that's not fair! How dare you take my things without my permission!..." I knew I should've locked my bedroom door before leaving....
"Not my fault... You're so irresponsible. And stop spouting crap about respect!... If you would act your age, then I'd consider respecting your ass!"
"How dare you?!"
"I'd dare how much I want!" He yelled.
"Why are you two fighting over a game?..." My mother from the kitchen, jumped into the conversation without no enthusiasm but instead with that same old sweet voice of hers.
"He stole my game!! I want it back!!" I shouted, aiming my finger at him.
"You left it lying around, so of course, you were begging me to take it!!"
"Hashiba... You're old enough to know, not to fight with your younger brother... He's only ten." She scolded.
"Yeah! But!-" Before I could complain back, my stupid brother blew a raspberry at me. Do you really think I'm mature enough to take that?....
"Whatever..." I exit calmly and go upstairs back to my room.
I can't wait until the day I leave this house. It drains my energy by just sitting in here. My little brother, Hikaru, and my dad are exactly the same. They both don't give a damn about anyone. My family is very big, in size and their ego. All they care about is money. Every child's goal is to become a businessman, lawyer or doctor. Our lives were determined before we were born and the first born child must be a boy.
Or else, they would abort the child or abandon them for adoption. All decisions come from the head of the family, Kyosuke Maehara, my oldest uncle. Unfortunately, the only way you can become an "official" member of the family, is when you're old enough to inherit the company of your father. Which is what my father expects from me...
But I don't want to, I really don't. This is what me and my father constantly conflicting about. I'm the one rebelling, however, Hikaru doesn't mind my father being so objective, he respects my father and his success.
Hikaru would always obey my father, not because he wants to... but he wants to gain something out of it.
That's why he has a TV in his room and I don't!....
I'm not being jealous or anything....
It's just the truth...
*MITSURU FUKUYAMA *
The door was unlocked.... man... This guy is useless... At least lock the door, whenever you go out...
"Hey, did a burglar break in here?!..." I yelled as I opened the door only to be surprised at the old man's reaction.
"ARGH!!! BURGLARY!!" Out of nowhere, a flying baseball bat smacked me right on the head. The old man's got aim!
"It's me... old man..." I rubbed the bump on my head as I sighed.
The old man, was sitting on his reclining coach with his legs stretched out infront of him. The old TV box was playing a black and white static video.
"I'm back..." I said. He doesn't move, but remained still.
"WHAT?!! I can't hear ya! What ya sayin'!?"
"Shut up, you old man! Take your med and go to sleep!!" I aggressively shouted back. I mean... it wasn't that aggressive... he needs louder volume in order to hear me...
I sighed once again. In order to live in this house, I have to take care of this man. However, leaving here for two months... was the greatest time of my life! I don't care if he hasn't taken his meds or eaten, he can die for all I care!
Unfortunately, he has managed to survive without me... so... I gotta take care of him... and that cat!
Yes... The old man has a stray cat to keep him company. Eversince I've left, I've only missed the cat!
"Mitsuru! I'm hungry! Cook me some food!!"
And because of him... I had to become a chaste maid...
"Fine! First take your meds!"
Today is going to be a busy day. I'll need to get groceries, cook, clean up the whole house, do laundry, clean the cat and bathrooms!...Urgh! Why did I leave that paradise?...

The wind blew swiftly against the trees, the autumn leaves fall and dance with the wind. The landscape, was a beautiful setting, there grew plants and flowers. The fields stretched across the horizon and the hills were visible, the peaks almost kissing the sky. The sun was covered by the misty fogged clouds, revealing only little light.
Below the scenery, was a large cottage. A young woman looked and stared beyond the window, as the sun beamed through the clouds and shone on her face. The young woman wore traditional clothing, her hair was wrapped up in a bun and tied with a fancy ribbon.
"What is it... Ameelia?..." She sat silent, as she stares upon the beauty of this world.
"This world is so... beautiful. It's too beautiful that it can make anyone fall into a trance..."
The man infront of her smiled, he had light brown hair and firm but soft amber eyes. His presence left the girl at ease.
"Yet... it is so cruel..." She continued. "It is so painful to stay here. I've learnt that the only way to defeat pain... is to love. Pain is a curse and love is a blessing. You'll only truly understand that if you believe that this world is beautiful yet cruel... It may seem stupid... But to some people, Hate is a sin and Love is a crime. One you will be punished and the other you must repent...
All of this time, I've been repenting for my crime and my love... Who I still love is dearly..."
And I shall repent until I see him again...
To be continued. . .
