Chisaki was cuffed and taken in a transport van back to the rebuilt Tartarus. I was going to escort the van.
As I was flying above, I began to have a sense of deja-vu.
'Another attack? Man, this sure is nostalgic.'
I calmly dodged a literal bullet and kept going. The person with a rifle for their arm frowned and shot another bullet, this one a bit different from the first.
A green barrier was immediately ready to stop the shot, which, it did without any issue.
'Conqueror's Will: Psyshock.'
A jolt spread throughout the assailant's body and they fainted. I then concentrated on their will. It was pretty strong. In that moment, I found something I had only seen when I had tested All for One's will back in Kamino Ward during his battle with All Might.
'Two separate wills, shackled. Did All for One give her two quirks? Just for the sake of freeing Chisaki?'
I teleported to where the assailant had fainted and to my surprise, it was none other than 'Lady Nagant'. Suddenly, one of the shackled 'wills' brightened up. It was activating.
'Why? She's unconscious. She can't use that quirk.. unless it activates when she faints or falls asleep. All for One won't give her a healing quirk. They are too precious. Could it be..?'
Before the quirk could activate, I forced the chains to break and freed the quirk that was going to activate. A green orb then erupted from her body and sped towards the sky.
Nagant convulsed and suddenly woke up to see the orb fly upwards and explode in a magnificent boom.
"Wh-What?"
"Stay down and co-operate. I can't believe 'you' of all people joined hands with scum like All for One."
Before she could move, a green sphere manifested around her, trapping her within itself. She couldn't even get up, much less use her quirk.
"You won't understand. You believe in the values that the Commission has manufactured by hiding the truth from the society."
Genuinely curious as to what she had meant, I asked, "What truth are you talking about?"
"Truth about the hypocritical 'peace' that heroes have defended all this time. Despite of me being a hero, the Commission used me to assassinate potential threats to the Hero Society they established: from villains to heroes whose actions would've tarnished the public's view on heroes, even before they actually commit crimes. I obeyed so the system continued running nice and smoothly as the commission wanted, until I reached a point that she could not bear it anymore, and when I began to question the orders given, the president of the Commission not-so-subtly threatened to have me killed if I attempted to walk away from my 'job'."
I was shocked at what she was saying.
"But, the news said that you were sentenced to Tartarus because you killed a fellow hero in an argument!"
She scoffed and said, "That was the official story used to cover up their darkest secrets and perpetuate the false illusion. History won't change no matter what you do. A society controlled by All for One would atleast be transparent."
"Transparent you say? That explosion you saw when you woke up? That was a quirk that was starting to activate in you. It was going to explode your body and fry you, like a turkey."
Nagant's eyes grew wide with shock as I said, "All for One is a malevolent man. Do you think he cares about what happens to anyone? No, he's an egomaniac. He will use you and throw you away with no regard for your being, like a mere pawn. All he wants is power over everything. He doesn't give a shit about anyone's freedom! If he could, he'd have the entire world enslaved with all the quirks taken away by him. Transparency? What use will that be when you are tied in servitude? Having no free will? You, just like many others have been swayed by his honeyed words. Yes, what the Commission did was bad. But, All for One makes the Commission look like a humanitarian sect that deserves to win the Nobel prize for peace. He's the very embodiment of evil. You, Chisaki, all those villains who have joined him alongside Shigaraki, you're all just pawns for his amusement."
I sensed the transport van successfully reach the prison facility. My mission was over. I looked at Nagant who was sitting quietly, contemplating on what I had said to her.
I sighed and then disappeared in a flash of green, with Nagant in tow.

Everyone's faces were grim upon hearing what Nagant had to say. Whatever she said was corroborated by Hawks which meant that it was the truth.
All that Dabi had released was nothing compared to it.
"The people need to know."
"Midoriya?"
"It's only right for us to reveal this before the villains do. The Commission was corrupt and their actions created a fragile society built on the image of heroes that was bound to implode in the future had All for One and Shigaraki not been there."
All Might then said, "Young Midoriyais right. The truth should come to light. Our society is failing. The idea of heroes has become too idealistic which was the reason behind the Commission's attempt to maintain it. We need to let the people know and rebuild the Hero Association in a new image. A better, more human image."
Nedzu then popped out of Aizawa's capture bandages and said, "I can arrange a press conference! But, there's a high chance that the villains will interfere."
"So, first we get All for One and Shigaraki. Then we dismantle the Hero Association."
As the heroes were discussing the plans, I thought back to what had happened with the quirks that All for One had given to Lady Nagant.
'A quirk given to someone in such a way leaves an imprint of the original user's will. Which means that the given quirks will always be separated from the user's will. All that has happened in the past year, the USJ attack, the attack in the forest during our summer camp and the intel about Chisaki being sent back to prison, everything points towards a mole. A mole planted by All for One. He must have set some contingencies in case the mole betrays him with a self-harming quirk.'
I once again used the combination of observation and Conqueror's will the test the wills of everyone at U.A..
And out of hundreds of thousands of people, one person stuck out like a sore thumb.
Disbelief, anger and finally acceptance..
I went to where my classmates were and when Katsuki saw how serious I looked, he asked, "What happened?"
I said loud enough for everyone to hear, "I know who the mole is."
"What?!"
"Who is it?!"
I looked directly at them and said, "Tell me, why... Aoyama."
