Each Mortal level is further divided into 9 stages. First to third stage is Initial, fourth to sixth is Middle, seventh to ninth is Late stage. There is a huge bottleneck between each level and minor bottleneck between initial, middle and late stages.

Each grade is further divided into low, middle, high and peak grade. For Yellow grade, low and middle can be used by Body Refinement and high and peak by Qi Condensation. Similarly for Orange grade.
