In the entrance of Riverspring University, the once noisy environment was enveloped with silence instead. Handsome gentlemen gripped their fists in envy while beauties had their eyes wide open in disbelief.
Chao Tianzhu sauntered on the university's grounds while Feng Jiao blushed deeply as countless prying eyes locked on them.
Just as what the picture had depicted, they were genuinely in fact holding each other's hands. It was indeed an unbelievable sight.
"Stop! Chao Tianzhu"
An afflicted shout voiced out behind them.
It was a man with blonde hair, straight and pointed nose and an angled jawline. In short, he was a very handsome man with foreign blood.
"It's the nation's top model, Bang Junjie!"
Bang Junjie had participated in numerous entertainment shows and contests, hence he was extremely famous. Yet this gorgeous person still fell under Feng Jiao's elegance.
"Miss Feng Jiao is an untainted pearl but your presence brought dirt in her clean image. I order you to separate from her this instant!" Bang Junjie strongly yelled out.
Chao Thianzu's steps stopped before he turned to face Bang Junjie. He wore an interested expression.
In his recollection, Bang Junjie was one of Hei Nan's lackeys that forced him to give up studying. Naturally, as a person who paid his grudges, Chao Tianzhu would not let this go.
"Chao..." A familiar voice filled of concern sounded tenderly behind him while the grip on his hand strengthened.
"Don't worry Xiao Fe [1]. If I always escape from my past as a spineless coward, then I'll never be deserving as your man."
Chao Tianzhu softly said before he gently shoved away Feng Jiao's hand and then approached Bang Junijie.
At such close distance, Bang Junjie naturally heard the words Chao Tianzhu just spoke which made him wanted to revolt.
"Stop acting manly at your empty words. You just stopped running and here you are acting brave."
He raised his right arm as a gesture for signal and sure enough, a group of seven delinquents walked forth.
Chao Tianzhu's eyes glinted sharp. These seven persons were the same ones who beat and threatened him for months. Thinking back to how he curled himself crying on his bed, it brought back an awful memory.
"This university itself is a plague. Rules are easily bent while superiors don't care less. It is a prime example of this world's chaotic mess." Chao Tianzhu spoke while shaking his head.
"That's the reason why I exist!" He proclaimed.
The purpose for his existence was to provide a sacred cleansing. Amidst the countless living beings, only he had the power and conviction to save the universe.
"What are you spouting nonsense for? Men, get him." Bang Junjie commanded.
The seven delinquents hung a cruel expression on their faces as they swaggered towards Chao Tianzhu's location.
Feeling the trepidation, Feng Jiao clenched her fists and although she wanted to help, something within her was telling to trust Chao Tianzhu.
And she was indeed correct. Chao Tianzhu wielded power incomprehensible to mortal beings like them.
Suddenly, he dashed and within an instant, he had already sent a barrage of kicks and punches.
It did not even last ten seconds before those seven delinquents fell on the ground with swollen bruises!
At that instant, everyone's eyes threatened to pop out of their sockets.
They fully knew that a person capable of easily beating fully grown adults within seconds could only be a famous martial artist.
However, the once coward and weak Chao Tianzhu was able to achieve the same feat.
Everyone couldn't believe what they had just seen!
"Next time you want to cause strife with me, bring more men." Chao Tianzhu said domineeringly with a smile.
Yet for Bang Junjie, it looked like a smile of the devil. He was unduly shocked and instinctively took two steps backward, his eyes displayed fear.
"Chao Tianzhu! You dare to be audacious and beat people inside the university's grounds. How preposterous you are."
At this moment, the Vice-President of the Student Council Organization and his entourage arrived and their presence backed with prestige immediately changed the atmosphere.
Although the Vice-President appeared very fierce, his heart shook in fear.
Chao Tianzhu had beat couple of guys bigger than him in size. On top of that, they were even delinquents who brandished their fists in almost everyday life, This time, he became apprehensive.
"Preposterous?" Chao Tianzhu shook his head in dispute. "Your timing is very good in fact. If I'm the one lying on the ground, I think you will not care at all. But if was these fools, you popped out instead. How hypocrite."
Instantly, the Vice-President was enraged. Chao Tianzhu's words had truly hit the mark.
"You dare to run your weight in here? You're nothing but a trash." The Vice-President sputtered out.
"A trash huh? I've heard that word many times in life but its always that trash that comes on the top."
Chao Tianzhu wickedly grinned before approaching Bang Junjie. A malicious vibe was exuded from him.
Bang Junjie was immediately scared as he subconsciously stepped back. He then hurriedly said, "What are you doing?!"
"What else? I'm here to teach an ignorant fool a lesson to play their cards among themselves and not mess up someone who is beyond them." Chao Tianzhu responded.
"Chao Tianzhu, don't you dare to make havoc here!" The Vice-President shouted angrily.
Chao Tianzhu stopped and he faced the Vice-President while speaking, "I've always had a bad habit that sometimes I can't control. It is when the more someone tell me not to do, the more I want to do it instead."
After he said that, he abruptly sprinted in unthinkable speed towards Bang Junjie who was immediately caught off guard.
WIth a spinning kick, Bang Junjie was hit in the face and floated in the air for a while with blood spraying out.
'Thud' He fell to the ground unconscious.
Chao Tianzhu really meant what he said. In everyone's eyes, he was an extremely arrogant and overbearing person.
"This!"
The Vice-President couldn't continue his words from his intense shock. His words just passed through Chao Tianzhu's ears and this made him truly furious. He fiercely spoke,
"Do you think I will not report this incident to the upper ups? In just a day, I'll make you pack your things up and leave the school!"
What he said was the truth. With his wide connections and being the right-hand man of the Young Master Hei Nan, he could just say the word and those old fogeys would follow his order to the letter.
As if he heard the biggest joke, Chao Tianzhu laughed hard.
"Are you retarded or what? I'm not here to play along with you and continue studying. I'm here to resign myself out." He continued.
"Chao Tianzhu..." Feng Jiao spoke in a soft voice because she was extremely worried.
Although it was only natural for Chao Tianzhu to give up studying after what he had gone through, still Feng Jiao couldn't help but give a concern for him.
She appreciated Chao Tianzhu's decision but resigning out will create a bad record. How could he find another good university? Chao Tianzhu's action was testament to burying his future.
Chao Tianzu merely smiled in response. "I'm not cutting my path off. I'm creating a new one. Xiao Fe, will you accompany this road with me?"
Feng Jiao hesitated because she understood what Chao Tianzhu's words implied that if whether she would still want to stay with him and continue their relationship, or chose to end it and uphold his father's wishes for her instead.
This was a critical decision in her life!
But as she remembered the special things Chao Tianzhu committed for her sake, her eyes wavered.
When she was still a tiny lady, she was having a tantrum with his dad and silently left the mansion. But she never expected the outside world to be so harsh that she was then immediately being bullied by child commoners.
