Yet the sun rays to ski thru my window.
The cold sweat at nape of my neck and the pounding heart in me, were answers to my consciousness.
The last moments we shared, in this room, ironically intimate than sensual acts...I was searching for cliché.
Lyvia's hazel eyes with green flakes. Soft curls bracing her shoulder. Slightly blushed cheeks, they were still with her in her coffin. She felt like a pearl, white with lavender touch and brittle. Breath in deep and you don't want let go of that air. A sweet voice, firing your loins.
Embrace and the time stopped.
And then she was in the air, one silly afternoon, limp like a string puppet, pretty like a porcelain. Her little garden was still in panic. The tree, remorseful for being handicapped. The flowers, listless for being dumb and air, silenced. Her last letter in ecastic handwriting said otherwise,
"Quevin, my child,
You're so honest and good to me. In this little time, it felt joys for eternity.
Rise. Rise higher. And you shall see white.
When you joined us, me and Klate, euphoria beat in our hearts. But asundering from him barely kept me alive. Don't worry. I know I am being the popular idiot to provoke own's demise over a bygone. Yet I feel that it would consult my broken heart, lift the floors from my chest and numbing roars in my mind.
Every night I crawled under my bed, in seek of certain peace, even though black paralyzed me. Until the dawn struck at five, silence consoled me.
It was too late when I realised the rules of mortality and consequences of serenity.
I beg you. Not to be a coward like me and hum along the footsteps of mine.
I beg you. Isn't it quite funny? I am refusing to follow my own advices.
They handed me my gun full of sins and I shot myself with a beam.
Take care. Closing now. One last request, my love, put on a smile and we know you're going to brave thru it.
Departing
Lyvia Silverwrath "
Ridiculous.
It's true I idolized her from the very beginning, after a few days I met her.
However, Klate didn't fit in this scenery. Because there was no Klate but Kevin May.
And he withering away every moment. He just sits in the garden swing staring in utter disbelief. He would perk up at times trying his hardest to man up. But crumble to the steepest. His brown eyes demand answers.
I remembered the story they shared once we were dinning.
K:" Since no one in the mood to initiate, let me open my briefcase."
L:"Oh NO!! Not them!"
Her was redder.
Me:" Yes Yes Dad!! Every moment from it is interesting!"
They taught me how to be jolly.
K:" So they topic today is
'How We two became an Us.' And I can't wait to tell this to world already."
Me:"Oh lala!"
I wriggled my eyebrows at Lyvia. She wanted to be best friends with her so the 'Mom' thing was a goner.
And she was starting to sink in her chair, getting all so small. We both laughed at her.
K:"This lady has always been hot. And in her professor mode she is the best thing I have known, it marked the begining of my raging hormones to get adrenalised."
Me:"Dad, you're the younger one."
K:" Yes!"He beamed, proud if that fact.
Me:"Holy cow! Tell then what happened."
K:"Older by one year tho.Her zoology still rushes in my blood. On the first day, I was late and sleepy. So when the door opened I fell with my face. And then I peeked a look up. She said,"Kevin May, I call it karma. Now get your butt on the seat there and avoid daydreaming." And somehow I felt the tone made me serious. The way she got your interests and focus and emotion wrapped around her finger, she was so talented. My zoology improved. And my desire for her intensified. Half of the year, I was the most obedient dude. And she was the best teach.
One morning, the flue was already on warpath, except three girls and two boys, the population was absent. That she made us to ditch study and on the soft grasses we funned. Truth and Dare is the only game I remember along with her smiles that I got to see for the first time. And I got to spill the truth for her question. Her question was in an instant,'Who is your crush for now?' and my answer in the next second,'You'. After that I made a run for my life. And by the end of the semester, we were already dating, eager to be passionate."
He had this big from and appreciation for that lucky day the flu had caught everyone but them.
The loud clatter of the utensil notified me sun was already peeking and the it was same light that relieved Lyvia a few weeks ago.
"Madam." There was a knock." It seems Sir is finding it difficult to gather his calm. Please be down ASAP." Aloe was assured yet terrified.
