Meanwhile, in a dimensional plane, only Celestial Beings see, here we have Merlin the System Creator, a very old man, well in terms of age but physically he was as young as a 20
year-old, suddenly he thought of something interesting he was bored as hell when he thought of this idea but apparently, it could turn out pretty fun.
"Finally we can get this shit started."
*Ding!* "Candidate 01, Gin"
"Okay, here we go. Hey you, brat come here" Merlin said as he pointed at Gin a 21-year-old man.
"Who are you calling a brat!? You're even younger than me yet you called me a brat?!"
"Listen here, young man! Do you even know where you are? Suddenly yelling like a Lil bitc*"
"Yeah yeah I know I died, but you're the Lil bitc*"
After a few more minutes of arguing, they finally talked properly on the agreement of not calling each other a Lil bitc*.
"So yeah I don't want my job anymore are you willing to trade places?" said Merlin
"Wtf, of course not, I don't want no part-time job," said Gin
"Yeah yeah just shut up and take it you're dead now you don't have a choice."
Gin, having no choice suddenly collapsed.
"That's what you get Lil bitc*," said Merlin as he collapsed also.
A few hours later Gin woke up wondering if everything was just a dream. He observed his surroundings, he was in a simple but elegant room with a classy couch, a fireplace, a lion rug, and a coffee table. *yawn*
He wondered where that kid went as he cursed him in his mind.
"Watch what you fucki*g say, yeah?"
Gin was shocked.
"Where are you?!" said Gin as he looked around the room.
"I'm not sure myself, it's sort of pitch-black here, oh never mind I can see again, huh I can't move my body."
"I'm prett-" Gin was cut off by Merlin
"Welcome Host I'm your system Merlin It's a pleasure meeting you, your goal as of now is to create a system for the next "protagonist" of the countless stories people enjoy! Have Fun!"
"What the fuc* so you suddenly realize who's boss here huh, should've learned earlier!" Said Gin arrogantly
"I wasn't the one who said that! I felt like I was forced to say it, but I sure as hell don't want to be your system!"
"Same thoughts here!"
Merlin fidgeted around realizing he was in the system hub it took him a few minutes to realize he can pop back out whenever he liked. A hue of blue flashed and Merlin had his physical form again.
"What the shit!" Said the startled Gin.
"Relax It's just me."
Silence surrounded the room for a whole minute until Gin talked again.
"So what am I supposed to do now?"
"Create a system for the next dude who will come here," Merlin said.
Then a piece of paper suddenly popped out of nowhere, seeing Gin startled Merlin laughed.
"That was my reaction too when I first started." Remembering how Merlin was now a system he sobbed internally.
'After millions of years of this, I have to experience it yet again, wait a minute
I just have to make him fail so he'll get fired right? Then I'll eventually reincarnate and forget my memories. He then laughed for a whole minute, then plotting how he could make Gin fail.'
Gin not knowing Merlin's evil intentions continued on to pick up the piece of paper, he wondered why the piece of paper looked like a résumé
"Candidate 02 Fred"
- A full-on weeb, very smart but also very physically active, people think he's the perfect guy. Apparently, he got killed by his best friend someone who was truly jealous of him, after he was called up to the school roof his best friend pushed him off, utterly shocked he shed a few tears as he fell.
The culprit was never caught as the police stated that it was an accident, being Fred's best friend no one suspected him and people pitied him.
Gaining all the attention, his best friend didn't regret a single thing.
Strengths: Never give up, tries too hard, strong will, perfectionist, will do anything if his loved ones are hurt in any way.
Weaknesses: Acts rashly, too trusting, naive.
Life Motto: If life's a journey then I'll finish it perfectly.
"Damn being betrayed by someone you trusted wholeheartedly, I'll make sure to make him the best System!" Said Gin.
Seeing how excited Gin was, Merlin got worried 'I surely have to make him fail somehow!'
"Yeah, sure you will." Said Merlin half-heartedly.
