"Father he is Momon-san, the one I am talking about that saved us from those nasty bandits that ambushed us on our way here" said Tatsumaki as she introduced who this mysterious person is. "Oh...ah yeah, I am grateful to you Momon-san. I can't thank you enough for saving my daughter" said the King as he tried his best to express his gratitude.
"Oh its no biggie, I just happen to hear someone screaming when I was out hunting and was curious to know who it was" said Momon as humbly as he can. "Surely you jest, hahaha" the King laughed as he pat Momon on the shoulder.
"Dad I promise to reward Momon-san for his cooperation so can you give me a bag of gold coins" said Tatsumaki as she then remembered the compensation she promised with him. "Oh, sure I will give Momon-san his reward after having a dinner with us I mean it's already getting late and why don't you also stay here at the Royal Palace for the night, what do you say?" asked the King trying to get into the good side of Momon because it'd mean one less possible enemy for the Kingdom.
"I still don't know where to sleep for the night and I didn't noticed that I was this hungry" thought Momon. "I'll take your offer then" said Momon as he reached out his hand for a handshake. "It is my pleasure, Momon-san" said the King as they both shake hands.
"Great! Then let's go to the dining hall" happily said Tatsumaki as she inwardly praised her father for trying to prolong Momon's stay here at the Royal Palace. Momon, Tatsumaki, King Roland and Cecil then went to the dining hall to grab a bite.
As they arrived at the dining hall, King Roland sat at the center while Tatsumaki and Momon are both on the opposite side and Cecil was at Tatsumaki's side. "What are you doing Cecil? Come sit down at my side, I still haven't expressed my gratitude for allowing me to escape back there" said Tatsumaki as she gestured Cecil to sit besides her.
"B-but p-princess I am just a commoner and your maid" rejected Cecil. "It's ok Cecil, I mean it is my daughter's life that you helped back there so sitting besides her is fine" said the King as he tried to persuade Cecil to sit down instead of standing.
"If the King says so, then..." said Cecil as she pulled the chair and sat besides Tatsumaki. "There you go, now we can eat" said Tatsumaki as she started to eat her food elegantly making Cecil feel nervous because she might do something wrong like using the wrong fork or spoon.
"Don't worry Cecil, I'll help you" said Tatsumaki as she helped Cecil in telling her what specific fork and spoon to use on her food. "Thank you, princess" said Cecil as she also ate her food. Momon then also took off his helmet and put it besides the table. The King has been waiting for this and is curious to see how Momon looks.
The King was stupefied because he had never seen a man this handsome and that perfect black hair, it complements well with his heavy armor it provides a strong sense of security. "I never knew Momon-san was this....how do you say this one....handsome" said the King as he eat.
"You jest, your Higness" said Momon because in his past life he had never been a handsome looking young man like the one he is now. "Oh, you can just call me Roland" said King Roland. "Then call me, Momon" said Momon as he also ate.
Cecil and Tatsumaki are occupied in eating while the King Roland and Momon are talking with each other. "Are you part of any group or something in particular?" suddenly asked the King because it'd be problematic if he was.
"No I am not, I still haven't registered myself at the Guild yet" said Momon. "Oh why is that?" curiously asked the King because an adventurer this strong and not registered certainly is questionable. "Well you see, I was training up in the mountains and this is my first time coming out from my seclusion" Momom can only make up a lie to fool the King because would they believe him if he say that he's from another world?
"Oh if that's the reason then it'd be acceptable" said the King. "Where did you come from, Momon-san?" suddenly asked Tatsumaki. "Uhh.....you see...."Momon at the moment can't think of anything to say because what if the place that he'll say is already existing here that'd be bad. "It is ok, Momon" said the King because sometimes you just can't say anything to a person you just met for a day or two.
After eating the four of them then exited the dining hall, "Momon-san, Cecil here will guide you to your room for the night" said the King. "Sure, thank you" said Momon as he followed Cecil from behind. "You're still smart even after all this years huh, dad" said Tatsumaki as she giggled at her dad. "It's to be expected because bringing in a strong adventurer like Momon to our Kingdom will only bring us benefits and a massive one to boot" said the King as they soon departed to their own rooms.
"Momon-san, this is your room for the night" said Cecil as she opened the door to his room. "This room is nice" said Momon as he unequipped all his equipments. He then put all of them in one corner and after removing all of them the only thing left is his boxer. "M-momon-san, I-I will take my leave now" said Cecil as she hurriedly left the room with a flushed face. "Huhhh??" said Momon because he thought that Cecil have already left the room when he started changing.
Outside the room, Cecil is at the door with her cheeks red like a tomato. "M-momon-san's n-naked body I j-just saw it" said Cecil as she tried to remember how magnificent and perfect Momon's body is. "And that chiseled abs, it's so manly" said Cecil as she fantasized herself with Momon. "Kyahhhh...Cecil what are you thinking, you lewd lewd girl" she thought to herself as she hurriedly left the room.
"Now time to see the rest of my status" said Momon as he opened his status window.
