Before Loni opened her eyes, Haiku was away from Loni. Everything happened so fast, Loni didn't notice the words that came out of Haiku's mouth.
"Are you okay?" Reo was gasping for air.
"Y-yeah, I'm okay." Loni couldn't grasp what happened.
"I'm sorry. I just get protective when it comes to you." Reo saw Loni's soft, innocent eyes staring into his powerful, guilty eyes.
"I know you're just protecting me. Nothing's wrong with that." Loni tried lightening the mood.
Reo smiled at Loni's gestured and pulled her closer to him. His lips gently touched Loni's tender lips. Loni slowly closed her eyes and felt like she walked into paradise.

"I don't get a morning kiss?" Reo suddenly put his arms around Loni.
"Reo! I'm trying to see what Haiku is doing." Loni made a pouty face.
Haiku chuckled at Loni's innocence. "I'm trying to make this soup, but something is missing." Haiku continued to stir.
Reo went back to cutting onions for the cooking. Loni tasted the soup and closed her eyes. "I know what's missing!" Loni went to Reo and grabbed some onions. She then accidentally touched the hot pot and burned herself.
