Instantly his appearance began to shrink down until he was a tall gentleman wearing a Dark red suit with a dragon headed cane draped over one arm. His hair turned a deep red with streaks of grey on the sides which gave him a dignified air. His eyes were a deep green which almost seemed to glow against his pale skin. He looked down at the black gloves which covered his hands and his lip curled up slightly showing his abnormally sharp teeth. Some years ago he had found it necessary to take on another identity to do dealings without the knowledge of the king or his descendants Since it did not fall under the qualifications of the contract he had been able to keep the guise without any trouble. Using it he had become quite well known in the underworld, and anyone that wanted success would head the words of the dealer. However he had suddenly disappeared several years ago and becouse of that people would often speculate as to what fate had befallen him from him being murdered to him being on the next great conquest in another country across the seas, the truth was much less exaggerated than the rummers however, Gordan had stopped with the guise after the king had started to put out hit orders on the dealer which he was about to set Gordan on.
Gordan straitened his hat and snapped his fingers, teleporting himself to the deck of the boat where the crew was hurriedly trying to get the boat ready for the nobles to descend to the smaller boat which was now fully in the water.
"Good afternoon gentlemen. I was wondering if I might have a word with you for a moment? I can assure you it will be well worth your time."
All of those on the deck froze as he appeared with a slight bow in front of the noble who had scheduled the whole journey. Something about the person in front if them gave them the feeling that they should not move an inch, and they did not. Their instincts telling them that they would be killed almost certainly. The strangely dressed individual pulled a small card out of his jacket and handed it to the noble who was looking at him with a facade of calmness which was barely being held. The man took the card and looked down at it to see what this invasion was about, but as soon as he got a good look at the card the noble swallowed and bowed to the person in front of him respectfully.
"I would love to speak with you, however I do have a scheduled appointment..."
The noble trailed off afraid of what the person might do if provoked. Anyone who was in any kind of business knew of the dealer, he was the one whose appearance would either lead to the destruction or success of all that crossed his path. The refusal of his advice was as good as a death sentence to anyone, and since nothing was known about him it was speculated that he was under contract with some unnatural powers who supplied him with his Intel. The noble was unsure how to react since he had never personally seen the dealer, and had assumed that he was nothing more than a myth since he had seemingly disappeared years ago.
"Don't worry about a thing, you can send your substitute there in your place, besides our talk won't take all that much time. And like I have already told you, it will be worth your time."
He snapped his fingers and suddenly a flustered person appeared next to the noble who looked almost identical to him, the only difference being that they wore glasses while the noble did not. Everyone was scared witless and Gordan walked towards the nobles office which was located in the place were the captains room usually was, at the top of the ship. He opened the door and walked in without any hesitation closing the door behind him.
The noble let out a sigh of relief and directed his people to go through with the plan, using his substitute.
"Hurry, it will be our lives if he leaves unsatisfied with how he is treated."
The sailors, who had all gained back their ability to move without fear looked at the noble with some confusion, which only made him more agitated.
"That man, was the Dealer! Meaning what he tells us could prove our end, or beginning, so do your jobs quickly!"
The group emedeatly began to go about with the task that the noble had given them. As soon as they had learned of the persons identity none of them had any desire to deal with the infamous Dealer for any reason at the moment. For the nobles part, he straitened his clothes and cautiously walked into the cabin closing the door behind him.
"Thank you for taking time out of your day to visit an humble business man like myself, may I inquire as to why you wished to see me at this time?"
The noble sat down in a chair across from the Dealer, watching him closely to see if he could pick up on any information as to why he would be here at this time specifically. It didn't make any sence, the noble was a part of a group of nobles that were using the oncoming war to steal all of the resources from the coast of the monsters country.
"I will get to the crux of the matter right now. A guardian has returned to the coast line, and it is out for blood. It would be in your best intrest to withdraw from the area before things get ugly."
The noble stared at the Dealer like he was crazy, but he could see in the Dealer's expression that he was being deadly serious. The noble started to stand so that he could call off the meeting with the pirates, but the Dealer held up his hand to stop him.
"Why, are you stopping me? I need to pull out my connection with those pirates emediatly if things are going to get messy."
Gordan motioned for the noble to go back to his seat, and the noble felt a bit of a commanding presence seeping out of the Dealer's shadow, ot slowly crept forth and encircled the noble making him fall back into his chair in fear.
"Don't misunderstand me, the pirates are already under the judgment of the guardian, and if you make then suspicious them both of us will become the target of the creatures wrath. I am nearly advising that you leave the alliance before noon tomorrow, that is when the guardian will strike. Also, it would seem that due to the gold kingdoms actions the Falcon general has re entered the field once more, so any actions that you make after this point will be quite dangerous."
The Dealers cold expression made the noble tremble in fear, he was well aware that if this information turned out to be true he would owe the Dealer a great debt, one that would be that of his life. Suddenly the story's that he had heard of the Dealer began to come to his mind, and he felt even more dread fall over himself.
*Did you hear about the count? He failed to pay the price that the Dealer had made with him and in only one night all traces of the count disappeared...
*The duke tried to get rid of the Dealer and now he is gone as well, all of his assets have disappeared as well.
Everyone in this line of business knew to never cross the Dealer no matter what happened. Once an agreement had been made there would be no going back until the debt was paid.
