Sun Hee left the bedroom with lightning speed and thanked the maids politely. After a bow, they withdrew.
Once she was in her room, Sun Hee wondered on why there was so many mysteries regarding a simple, blank paper, which only had her signature on it. She felt cornered and locked up by her own mother.
During lunch time, Kuyng Shin had sent to her room. She had too much hate towards her daughter whilst the only thing Sun Hee did was love her.
Sun Hee couldn't help but sob. Shortly after her pale face was covered with tears, her emerald eyes glistened and her tightly held lips turned scarlet red.
She felt that life couldn't be crueler to her. Feeling paralyzed, she noticed how damp the white silk sheet was from her tears.
Such a young and beautiful girl was locked into that room until her wedding day.
'Sun Hee Shin, you'll not be leaving this room until the wedding day arrives.'
Recalling those words, her heart began to beat faster, and immense fury rose within her.
'Do you want me to wait here until I marry someone I don't know? And what if he's an old pervert with a fortune?'
At that thought of that, Sun Hee felt nauseous, and chills ran down her spine. She didn't even want to imagine about it. She knew that she had to get out of here.
Getting up, she began knocking on the door with her delicate hands—being desperate for the door to open— until small wounds began to form on her hands.
As she had no plans to give up, she thought of implementing plan B, 'Bomb goes'. Opening the door to her window quickly, impulsively, a second later, she jumped from the second floor to the pool below. Doing that would have her expensive clothes soaked.
Who could've thought of a delicate woman doing that?
Getting out of the pool, Sun Hee was ready to run, and looking down, she realized that her thin dress, after being wet with water, had become see through, highlighting her lace underwears.
As she started to walk, she noticed that the journalists had already recorded the scene, and she instantly covered her body with her hand. Several bodyguards came out of nowhere to drive away the journalists whilst some servants came out with a long and thin, white robe.
Instantly, Sun Hee covered herself, and the light shone her soft, red hair. Her beautiful wet and bare neck was able to provoke one.
"Miss Sun Hee, you should go back to…"
Hearing what the maid had said, Sunhee immediately backed away. Mistakenly, she stumbled and fell on to the ground, which was clearly not missed by the journalists.
In the face of such despair, Sun Hee began to sob. Firstly, they recorded the scene of her jumping out of the window of second floor to the pool, and secondly, her underwear would be all over the television. If that wasn't enough, she now had a ridiculous fall.
She now preferred to enter in and go through no more problems whilst praying that her mother had not seen anything. Unfortunately, her mother did not remain oblivious to the situation; She could perfectly see everything on the huge television on the living room.
Kuyng Shin stood up with her eyes bloodshot and crossed her arms, giving off an air of superiority. She, then, ordered for everyone in the room to withdraw.
"Are you happy now?"
Every second increased the tenseness inside the room.
"Happy?"
"Half of the country saw you in your underwear. Is that how you want to gain fame?"
Kuyng Shin was a successful actress, and although it was not enough to have the luxuries, she was quite recognised. After Sun Hee's father passed away, her mother inherited the fortunes Sun Hee's father worked hard for so many years.
Kuyng Shin sent her daughter to her bedroom. This time, she made sure to close the windows and the doors. There was no hint of compassion within her.
The room that used to hold warmth and beauty had become dark and horrible.
Lying on the bed, Sun Hee couldn't help but think that this would not have happened if her mother had not locked her at this room to her misery.
She was almost about to turn nineteen.
Not preferring to risk anything more, she chose to stay calm. She was not yet aware of what her mother was capable of. As soon as she turned the television, the regretted it after seeing the scene on the television. Everything that happened earlier was on the television and certainly, the social media did not lag behind.
In some sites, the video already had exceeded 200,000 views, and unfortunately, not even an hour had passed since the incident.
