Onwa🌹
When she regained consciousness, Onwa could tell right away that someone else was in her cell.
She already felt agitated and the thought of a stranger who may or may not be a danger to her; being in such close proximity made her angry and defensive, in the blink of an eye Onwa had the person held by their neck, and slammed him into the dried bloodied wall.
She still felt weak from not getting the chance to feed, but even at her weakest point she was still stronger than this wolf.
Onwa could feel the cold creeping through her bones as the the air in the dungeon chilled, and her usually bright blue eye, became pale blue, before turning completely white.
She was losing control of her emotions and she knew that would only lead to disaster, letting go of the mans neck, Onwa brought her hands back towards her body. But still he stay hovering above the ground, and pinned to the wall.
Onwa's could tell that he was still having difficulty breathing, and it scared her severely, but when she's afraid, or feeling threatened her emotions go astray and sometimes it's hard to rile it back in.
She tried so hard to stop, but all she could think of was the pain inflicted on her since meeting wolf-man, and his pack of hoodlums.
Thinking about all that just made her angrier.
Onwas could smell the fear that emitted from those trapped down here, as well as the man struggling to free himself from the invincible force holding him up in the air, and choking him.
She begin to feel her hands tremble as She tried to regain control, Onwa could hear herself mumbling the words I'm sorry in a repetitive fashion as tears roll Down her cheeks from her flickering white eyes.
The struggling wolf looks her in the eyes after hearing her words, or maybe seeing her tears streaked face.
He smiled at Onwa with warmth and sadness in his eyes before he lost consciousness.
Onwa could feel herself regaining control as tears continue to roll down her cheeks, finally the man was released from the hold.
She ran to him and knelt Down down to check his pulse, putting his head on her lap as tears continued to drench her cheeks and began to drop on his.
This stranger who's head laid on her legs, had looked at her with forgiveness in his eyes, and kindness in his smile. As he fought for his life, a life that she put at risk by loosing control.
No one ever showed kindness to Onwa, or smiled at her. To others she was always the curse in the coven; and this was encouraged even by her own mother.
Yet here she sat with the only person who had showed her forgiveness, and kindness dying on her thighs.
Onwa couldn't let that happen. She felt for his pulse, finding it to be very weak. The man's eyes flicked and slowly he mumbled I forgive you, before he went still in her arms.
As he took his last breath, Onwa was hit with visions of his life, from childhood till this morning when he kissed his wife, and the head of his newborn before starting his day as beta.Â
His name is Destine, he had a life, a child, and a wife and She couldn't let him stay dead.
As the visions passed through her Onwa let out a blood curdling scream, She knew that what She was about to do would most likely drain her of any ounce of energy she had left.
Onwa put one hand on his chest, and the other over his mouth and nose.
She cried for the lady in white, the woman had always been with her even as an child. Her hair silver, almost white, glowed as bright as the moon. Eyes of the purest white, the same colour that Onwa's eyes sometimes turned. "Who was women? you may ask".
Her name is Selena.
Onwa prayed for her help as she let the power consume everything within her being, each of her eyes take on a different colour, one black one white.
Onwa could hear her voice (Selena's) as she told Onwa to free her soul, and concentrate on what She wanted accomplished. Once Onwa was able to do that She felt power leaving her, and entering Destine from the points where my hands touch him.
The more energy she used the weaker she felt; but Onwa knew she could not stop until she know he's gonna live. So she keep pouring out her energy even though the pain was excruciating, and her screams can be heard from miles she continued for what felt like hours of excruciating pain.
Finally She felt his chest moving and warmth on her hand that lays over his mouth and nose, but before Onwa could make sure he is gonna be able to wake up from this, she felt myself being lifted off the ground and thrown away from him.
Onwa was already drained and defenceless, so she slumped against the wall from the impact. She Slowly struggled to put a hand on the back of her head where she could feel liquid sliding down.
Dazed Onwa's vision became hazy, her body was sore, and she didn't have the energy to move even a finger; having used her last bout of energy to raise her hand to the back of her head.
Through the haziness of her vision she could faintly see the figure of wolf-man stalking towards her, before lifting her up in a chokehold against the same wall She had held Destine on earlier.
At that moment all Onwa could think of was the irony of it all, yet physically all She could hear was herself mumbling, "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to, please wake up".
Wolf-man was screaming something at her, but it felt like she was stuck in a bubble where she could only see Destine laying there in pain, and hear herself mumbling her remorse.
The next thing Onwa knew She was slammed against the wall again. Her bubble popped, and she finally hears his words. "WHAT THE HELL DID YOU DO TO HIM!" he shouts.
Onwa feel wolf-man get pulled away from her, his fingers pried from her throat, then she heard the familiar voice from her vision. She then looked back at where Destine was once laid, but he was no where to be seen.
In that moment Onwa felt peace, knowing that he was okay, Alive and trying to help her.
Her body had taken a physical, emotional, and mental beating since she'd met the man currently attempting to man handling her.
When his hands had finally been successfully pried from her neck, and she was dropped, Onwa let unconsciousness take over. Her body needed the rest, but once she gained some strength, she promised herself that she would find a way out of here and get away from him.
Onwa could feel a trail of tears leaving her eyes, and finally she found peace in her unconscious mind.
