Yvonne turned to the crowd and lifted her certificate as she smiled to reveal her pearl like teeth with tiny dimples presents on her slightly chubby cheeks.
She took few steps to the microphone, cleared her throat before speaking into the microphone.
All this while, her eyes never left a particular spot. Most importantly, a certain someone !

"Also, I thank the only family members I have for their immense support since the very beginning. They've been there with me throughout this journey."
Yvonne paused as she fixed her warm gaze on Emil, who in turn gazed softly at her. He was mesmerized by her beauty. He yearned to have her in his arms.
"Thank you very much for always being there and also for being 'you'. I...I love you very much!"
The hall suddenly quietened down like a cemetery. The sudden confession was like a tickling bomb.
But it didn't last for long before almost everyone began whispering, one to another. Heads turn left to right, back to front in all directions trying to see whom the confession was for.
Daniel chuckled teasingly " sister in-law has really improved!"
Lina nods, "you're right"
Emil sat stiffly in his seat. He didn't dare breath loud nor move in his seat. His palms began feeling warm and sweaty.
He feared that once he blinked his dazzling eyes, the girl in front of him will disappear so as the five magical words she spoke.
Yvonne on the other hand blinked her small and beautiful eyes to calm her emotions. She spoke few more words into the microphone before ending her 'speech' with a "thank you".
The crowd showered her with applause as she descended down the stage to take her seat beside Sandra.
Once she sat down, Sandra slightly turned and hugged her, "well done" she whispered
"Thank you" Yvonne whispered back as she returned the brief hug.

Yvonne half jogged as she searched desperately for her 'family'. Her head kept on turning and turning that, she began feeling slightly dizzy.
When she had gone very far from the crowed, in a not so secluded place, she got startled when two strong arms embraced her from behind.
Before she could ask who or what was going on, she was turned around to face her culprit who still held her tightly in his arms.
"You..."
She could only voice out one word before her lips were sealed by a very soft, domineering and fragrant lips.
She whimpered and that gave her culprit the chance to enter his tongue deep into her mouth, taking her whole lips and tongue.
Emil kissed her passionately and longingly with all his might. He couldn't get enough of her soft lips. His kiss became a bit aggressive . He bit, sucked and licked her lips as he deepened the kiss.
He had no intension of breaking the kiss anytime soon!
That's how it is sometimes. We never get enough of the ones we love. It could be years, months, weeks, days, minutes, or even seconds since we last saw them. But the feeling of longing never changes.
The feeling of wanting to possess the one we love has always been there between lovers.
And that was the exact feeling Emil had while kissing the love of his life. Yvonne.
Yvonne was gasping for air. She felt very dizzy for being kissed for minutes non stop! Her dizziness can be traced from when she was searching desperately for her 'family'.
Emil paused his actions when he saw her look. He carried her and walked towards the parking lot.
When he opened the back door of his SUV, he entered with her still in his arms. He didn't want to let her go even for a second!
Three long years. " Wasn't it enough?!"
As soon as he closed the car door, he pinned her to the seat and continued the kiss from where they left off.
This time, the kiss wasn't as 'innocent' as earlier on. Even his hands couldn't stay still !
It roamed and searched her body as they kissed.
Truth is, Yvonne was trying all she could to return the kiss. She was so dizzy that, she didn't even know where to place her hands.
