Hearing her brother's tone, Su Yanruo rolled her eyes. "Brother, I am not trying to go against you."
"Then why are you speaking up for her?"
"Because she is my friend," Su Yanruo answered.
"And I am your BROTHER!!!!"
Su Yanruo laughed. "I know. You are my most precious brother and that's why I am asking you to let go of this matter once. I know Xia Ming was here to protect me but then things happened because of my carelessness. It's not her fault, brother. But, next time -"
"So, there is going to be a next time, huh?"
Su Yanruo scoffed. "Brother!!!!! Let me complete it. Nothing as such will happen next time. I and Xia Ming will take extra care of your sister and will not let anything happen to her. Okay?"
