Rong Yixuan looked into her eyes and smiled. "Well, a little birdie complained that I haven't asked her sister to be my girlfriend yet," he informed.
Su Yanruo made an "oh" sound. "Xia Ming told you about it...."
"Uh-huh." Rong Yixuan nodded and pinched her nose. "That's why I brought you here to ask you to be my official girlfriend, though I want it to be a marriage proposal the most," he said.
Su Yanruo blushed slightly.
Just as she was looking at him, Rong Yixuan went down on his knees. Su Yanruo's eyes went wide and her heart skipped a beat. For a second, everything around her went still, and then all she could hear was the sound of her heart going thump-thump-thump. It was so loud that she almost felt as if it would jump right out of her chest.
