Rong Yixuan hesitated. He clearly felt the opposite of it. He could clearly see that Ruoruo didn't want him to be her bodyguard. "But -"
Before he could disagree, Su Junhan cut him off. Giving him a non-negotiating look, he explained, "Look, Shen Yixuan, after what happened with her, I am not going to let her be on her own. A careless girl like her needs protection."
"Humph!" Su Yanruo snorted. "Even a nursery kid can come up with better lies than that," she ridiculed him. She knew that he wanted something from Rong Yixuan, and that's why she deliberately exposed him.
"Don't listen to her nonsense," Su Junhan said after giving her a murderous glare. "Look, if you don't want to take this position then I don't mind giving it to somebody else," he shrugged.
