Poof!!!!!
It was like some kind of an alarm went off in her mind. Her face turned bright red like a blooming spring rose looking all cute, the fire from the fireplace enlightening her face, her lips slightly parted and her eyes seemed a little lost.
She didn't understand what just happened to her right now. How could he do that? That fruit was half-eaten by her and yet he ate the rest as if was nothing.
Glancing at her fingertips that were holding that half-eaten fruit, a few seconds ago, and now gone, she didn't understand why he did that? Why would he eat her half-eaten fruit? Doesn't he feel nauseous?
She looked at the man who had gone back to roasting the meat carefully. His face didn't show any kind of nauseous or hideous expression. Instead, there was a sweet smile on his face showing a weird sense of sanctification and joy.
