That evening, as per the plan made by Xia Ming, Su Yanruo dressed in a pretty white knee-length dress with a big bow design covering her chest. She let her hair loose in simple waterfall curls and wore a white mask with big rose flower mesh attached to it. Everything about her screamed innocence and purity.
"I hate the way I look right now," she commented glancing at herself in the mirror. White was her least favorite color and dressing up like this she looked like a damsel in distress which she was not.
"You may not like it, but our birthday birdie would," Xia Ming chuckled wearing a gold and red mask on her face complimenting her tight-fitted sparkly red dress.
"Whatever," Su Yanruo groaned. "Let's just get this over with."
Xia Ming nodded. "Let's go."
