Mastermind smirked, raised his sword to slash at her neck. However, Su Yanruo blocked the attack with her sword, just in time. She kicked him in his stomach making him take a few steps back. This small time was enough for her to get back on her feet.
"It's not that easy to hurt me," she sneered and swung her sword at him.
"Oh, little rose, I have already hurt you by killing your Painter Brother," The mastermind mocked. "How did you feel on seeing his dead body? I am sure that it wasn't good. And, I heard that you fell into a coma after seeing his dead body. Hehe," he laughed.
Su Yanruo's face turned red from anger. She took a deep breath to calm down. Though she was angry, she didn't let his provocation get to her mind. Anger was the first step in losing any battle. And, this battle, she was bound to win. She jumped towards him swiftly, however, the Mastermind was smart enough to dodge her move.
