"Why do you want to kill my daughter?" Su Junhan questioned.
Ye Lihan gasped, his body went stiff for a moment. He didn't know how to answer that question for a moment. Everything turned blank for him and his mind was jumbled up. The aura spreading from Su Junhan was so strong and so terrifying that his hands began to sweat. He clenched and unclenched them on his lap.
"I-I... I am sorry, Leader Su," Ye Lihan stammered honestly. "I didn't mean to hurt Xiaoruo," he explained.

Su Junhan closed the file making it produce a sharp sound. Keeping the file on the table, he finally looked up at his chosen son-in-law. However, the moment his eyes fell on Ye Lihan's face, he couldn't but raise his brows. "What's wrong with you? Who beat you?"
