Chapter 2 - Ch. 2 Jada's Beginning

Jada Woods was a very smart and strong girl who was born and raised in Tokyo. She and her twin sister and brother, Taylor and Tyler were raised by a their single mother Madison Woods. Jada and her siblings had been raised to be independent and work hard to achieve their own happiness and never depend on anyone else for it. This had been engraved into Jada's mindset and personal morals for as long as she could remember. Jada had won numerous awards in taekwondo, karate, judo, aikido, jujutsu and even boxing. And on top of that Jada had finally gotten into her dream school, Harvard University. And would leave the next day.

At the airport Jada's mother told her "Believe in yourself and believe that you can absolutely make your dreams come true and achieve happiness with your own strength my beautiful baby girl"

Her little sister Taylor who was 15 said to her "Come back soon Sis, I'll miss you"

"Be careful and come home as soon as you can, I'll miss you" Tyler said with a little bit of blush on his face.

"I'll miss you all too" as a tear rolled down her cheek.

Jada smiled and said goodbye to her family as she ran to catch her flight to Cambridge in the United States. She had finally settled into her seat and about 2 hours into the flight, the plane had some turbulence. About 30 minutes later the already shaky flight lost altitude and plummeted into the ocean. The last thing Jada had wished for before her death was to say goodbye to her family and achieve the dream she had had since 5 years old.

Everything went dark. Then in the distance Jada saw a faint light shining. Then it got closer and closer. Suddenly Jada woke up. She looked around and saw an unfamiliar room with decorations so extravagant that they belonged in a King's room. Jada pinched her face to make sure she was still alive. And that's when she noticed her hand. It was thinner than it used to be and had no calluses at all, like those that had never worked in their life.

She walked to the nearest mirror and screamed as soon as she looked into it. The person in the mirror and the voice that had let out the scream were completely unfamiliar to her. The girl had long flowing gold hair with silver roots, while Jada herself had died her hair a pale turquoise and cut it short. The girl in the mirror had the most beautiful crimson colored eyes and was absolutely gorgeous.

Suddenly two maids ran into the room, and screamed with joy after seeing Jada. They grabbed her and pulled her back to the bed. Then they asked her questions about how she was feeling.

Then one of the girls yelled" Lady Rosé I'm so happy you're alive, you had been sleeping for 3 days straight so I thought you would never wake up."

" Who's Lady Rosé?" Jada asked

"You are" the maid answered with a concerned look on her face.

The second maid ran out of the room and came back about 2 minutes later with Rosé's parents and Jill.

In the two minutes that the second maid was gone Jada had all of Rosé's memories restored to her and knew exactly what to say.

Her mother asked her what had happened and she answered "The last thing I remember was coming home after the tea party with Jill and going to sleep, then waking up 3 days later." Her parents didn't look like they were worried at all but simply came because she was their daughter.

Then Rosé asked "Has my fiance the Prince visited me yet?" Her parents and the maids looked at each other as if they were hiding something.

Rosé's mother then said "Actually the Crown Prince is no longer your fiance, we had offered to have Jill replace you as his fiance after we thought you might be dead."

Jill frowned behind the Duchess and said "I'm sorry Rosé, I just thought that since you couldn't marry the Crown Prince if you were dead, then I should replace you because it was only fair and the Royal family accepted it." Jada was beyond enraged after hearing this because she knew just how hard Rose had worked.

A few minutes later everyone left Rosé's room to let her rest. That night Rosé thought about what she wanted to do and planned on telling her parents about it. But with or without their permission Rosé had no intention of backing down and would do it anyway.

Jada once watched a show about a strong female warrior in the 18th century and her journey to become the best warrior and the leader of the knights. Jada had no way of achieving her dream of being like that warrior in modern society. But now she finally has a chance to realize it.
